Great product I've been using for over a year now. I needed customer service assistance and it was helpful, friendly and quick. Great company.

Bought this toothbrush for my son, unfortunately got a lemon. But contacted the company they helped troubleshoot the issue right away. When that didn't work they immediately shipped out a new one.

I placed an order but had to cancel it as it was the wrong item, they immediately replied and canceled the order before shift. Great customer service.

I've been using Sustainable Tomorrow's electric bamboo toothbrush for about 2 years. I love that it's as natural and environmentally friendly as possible. Because of the natural materials, in rare occasions the brush heads got loose quickly, but that happened to me only twice so far, and the company was quick to compensate (which is why I'm still giving them a 5 stars ranking). Their design has been improved recently so I believe it will reduce these "loose" events even further.

Update (Aug 2026):
2.5 years later and their support is still incredible. Had an issue with my brush handle, and Adrien from customer service immediately sent out a complimentary replacement via direct doorstep courier with excellent delivery coordination. Still 5 stars!

Ordered toothbrush heads. They were advertised in Indonesian rupiah and I paid IDR as well. So, I assumed they were available from Indonesia. Turns out they ship them from China and Malaysia. This takes several weeks and adds import tax. The product doesn’t look like bamboo, but is just plastic.
Absolute scam. Don’t buy here.

I am beyond impressed with Sustainable Tomorrow, not only for their products but their customer service is top tier. I had an issue with my toothbrush set (not at all the company's fault) and they came to my rescue and sent me a replacement toothbrush set so I could continue to use my toothbrush. I have told so many people about this company. I will be a continued customer. I love my bamboo toothbrush and the tooth brush heads work great and it is Eco-Friendly. This is a win-win company. The first toothbrush broke, but they got a second one to us which was so nice! I appreciate the service and am hopeful the second one lasts :)

I emailed the company about an issue with the brush head. A message from the company was received right away with a solution that fixed the issue. They stand behind their products and want customers to be satisfied.

Heads were becoming detached by production fault and they replaced them. I only dock them a star because I had to follow up on the initial replacement not been sent

I accidentally ordered two items of the same product and realized it shortly after ordering. I emailed them twice about this and never received a response. No acknowledgement. Nothing and now I have an extra item that will go to waste.

So beware. No customer service.

I ordered the bamboo electric toothbrush. The bristles vibrated so fast and strong that it bothered my teeth no matter what setting I used. I contacted the company 3 times but got no response.

The customer follow up service is brilliant. I had an issue with the unit charging properly, sent an email & got a response very quickly considering a 14-hour time difference.
Problem resolved over email & our ZEN toothbrush is working again.
Totally recommend these guys & the toothbrushes are excellent does everything they say it will.
We have had our brush for over 12 months.

Great customer service and I’m in love with my toothbrush!!!

Love these products. I don’t want my family brushing their teeth and gums with plastic multiple times a day so the castor brushes are great. My kids also much prefer their sustainable tomorrow junior brush heads over any other brands that we have tried.

Love my toothbrush! My hygienist complains that my teeth are so good she has no work to do when I go every 6 months! Super helpful customer service when I've had issues too.

I received the toothbrush for Mother's day 2025, and it worked fine until I needed to change the brush head. Somehow, part of the brush head stayed stuck to the shaft. I was able to get some help from support, although it took a long time to get a response. The toothbrush functioned properly with a new brush head until the beginning of May 2026 when part of it stayed stuck as it had before. This time, it was much harder to get it unstuck, and now it does not work. There is a 2-year warranty and I would like to get another toothbrush. I believe the one I have was faulty from the start as my daughter's has not given her any issues. I hope I can get someone to contact me, but it is extremely difficulty to get a response and resolution. I am located in the US.

This is an update to the above review. As of 7/16/26 I received the replacement toothbrush and the process was remarkably smooth and quick. I am changing my rating to a 5 stars as I feel like my needs were met in a prompt and efficient way. Adrian was very nice. This is a small company so the response time is a bit long, but if an issue arises, it is taken seriously and handled in the best possible way. I will stay a customer!

This is my favorite sustainable toothbrush! It works great and the customer service cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

Thanks great response solved the minor problem immediately. I would expect this, but great when it happens automatically not the same with all companies

We replaced all whole family's plastic electric toothbrushes with Sustainable Tomorrow Toothbrushes. Two adult, and two junior toothbrushes. We have been using them for 4 months now. I love that our children aren't consuming micro plastics every time they brush. And less plastic in landfill. Customer service is fantastic too!
