I had a mouth guard which was 12 month old so I replaced it with the soothie
It is very light & flimsy & just did not work for me
Have now bought a new mouth guard which is better but does not eliminate snoring 😴 completely

A cheap piece of rubber and impossible to keep in your mouth, avoid

Absolutely terrible! Product takes an age for delivery. I tried to cancel (via email) my order a week after ordering and hearing no update on delivery. Was provided with the wrong tracking information also. Their customer service is a complete joke. I received a response a total of 32 days after my request to be told they have no return policy (unless product is damaged & unused - and only within 14 days of purchase) and I am effectively stuck with the product.
So now I'm down about £30 I thought I might just try the thing out and see if it works (although all the reviews would suggest not!). Well the reviews have it. It really is terrible. I woke up each time (tried more than once) with incredibly sore teeth from using the guard over night and with my sleep app also telling me and recording my snoring that has not disappeared!

So in conclusion, the product does not work and the customer service/ return policy is enough to put you off anyway. STAY CLEAR!!

After taking about 3 weeks to arrive it doesn't work, it doesnt stop you snoring and it makes your mouth sore when you wake up having it in all night and is extremely difficult to swallow when wearing. Don't waste your money buying this.

Order placed not received, multiple emails sent to the business no response

Ordered this product back in December 2024, it is now March 10th and I still haven't recieved it even after they said it was shipped!!!!!! I e-mailed them many times and they will not respond. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam company, order not received and will not reply to emails. Although went back on the site and soon got an email chasing up sales.
So clearly someone making sure they get more sales in they can’t fulfill

After taking forever to arrive all I've got is an oversized piece of junk that doesn't work, is really uncomfortable and impairs breathing. Worst thing I've ever bought.

Makes me feel sick just having it in my mouth, wake up in a puddle of saliva as you can't swallow while wearing it. Just awful. Would not recommend to most people who live near me and I really don't like those people. Avoid this scam, spend your money on beer instead.

Ordered one of these after watching their fantastic marketing video claiming this is the best device ever and really works.
From my experience it does not work as it’s just a cheap bit of plastic which does not fit my mouth as one size does not fit all.

As for the purchase experience it’s close to being a scam.
Received an email the following day saying my item had been posted my Royal Mail and with a tracking number.
The tracking number did not work on the Royal Mail portal.
I chased the company twice after a week on where was my parcel and no response.
Eventually got in touch with my credit card company to dispute the payment. My credit card company were very good they raised a claim, a week after raising the claim a parcel arrived from Etarget Ltd with a mouth guard. Under a different tracking ID and bring 1st class only posted 2 days before, 3 weeks after receiving a mail saying it had been posted. But funny enough a week after my credit card company got involved.
As a product it’s cheap, does not fit and is uncomfortable. The item is non refundable once you try it on, so a waste of £30.50 for a piece of plastic that probably costs a £1 to make

Terrible product that does not work whatsoever, it is made of a very cheap material, that feels cheaper than an $8 mouthguard from Walmart. There is no return policy unless it’s damaged and even if you contact them, they take over two weeks to write back in order for you to be outside there “14 day window“.

Not happy and it's dangerous do not buy it's cheap and not worth the money they are asking
Does not do what it claim does not support your jaw in anyway I fell asleep and found it had fallen off my teeth and was resting in my mouth and was close to choking on it,
no clear way of getting a refund and you have to send it back at your own cost with no guarantee of refund as there a clause saying no refund if you used it so save your money

Placed my order over 8 days ago and still not received. Sent 3 emails, which have not been responded to. My Royal Mail tracking number comes up as invalid. Looks like I've been scammed out of £30! Do not order from this company!

We received the products but have requested a refund having seen the warnings on the box that the product is not suitable for users with asthma. We have had no response to emails we have sent to the address on the website or using the contact form. There is no other contact point offered. Unhappy!

Never received the product obviously a scam

Total scam. Product does not fit my mouth and requested a refund but they have refused saying I have used it so it is no longer returnable.

Avoid at all cost

Cheap crap made and shipped from china!! Save yourself 25 quid n buy the same thing from Ali express.
Doesn't work and the site and fb pages are full of fake reviews.

This is a scam!!!!! I'm still waiting for my order almost a month later but have now requested a claim through my bank!
Even though its a secure site eith an SSL certificate issued by an authentic cert authority. It is also only valid for 3 months, ending in May 2025.

Awful, arrived in a poorly printed box, nothing like the images portrayed on line. Cheaply made product, so enormous and badly designed that you can't shut your mouth, hideous. Avoid.

Absolutely terrible. Paid the extra for the lifetime warranty and when I tried to return due to not working how it says it does, I was told the company is under new management and they cannot look up past orders. SCAMMMMMMM. Company is a complete joke!!! Do not buy!
