I’ve reached out three times via email, because there is no contact number, for a replacement (I bought the lifetime warranty) with no response. This company needs to be shut down for unethical business practices.

EDIT: just got response from them. Here was their response.

Thank you for reaching out to us again. I apologize for the delay in our response and for any frustration this may have caused.

I understand that you are inquiring about a replacement mouthpiece under a lifetime warranty. We've recently undergone a management change, and unfortunately, the lifetime warranty program is no longer available. We also do not have any records of previous orders placed under the former management.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Very uncomfortable, kept me awake because it was so uncomfortable. So yes it stops you from snoring because I couldn't sleep. Do not recommend purchasing it.

Don’t buy one. Couldn’t cancel the order before it was sent. Wore it for less than an hour and it left the top of my gums sore for days. At the very top of the inside your mouth on the outside of the gums, each one of us has a thin membrane from back to front attaching the top of your upper gum to, roughly the bottom of your nose. The Soothie has not accounted for this and, as a result it doesn’t fit.
Their help desk were polite, but when they did actually respond they weren’t any help.

Worked ok for a few days then it got really loose, the customer service is terrible, I asked for information and they went on the defence saying i had damaged it, I would say the product becomes defective after a few days and progressively gets worse.

Doesn’t work don’t waste your money.
As other reviews have already stated the Soothie is cheaply made and is like a pair of novelty teeth that kids would wear. It’s not even up to the standard quality of a cheap mouth guard. Rubbish.

Terrible - needing to seek medical advice!!!

Rather than going for one of the cheaper alternatives on other online shopping platforms I decided to go for the 'original'. Delivery took a while and turned up whilst I was away with work. Could not try within the 14 day return however it turns out that because I'd put it in my mouth I was never eligible for a refund anyway!

First night was uncomfortable but did seem to help with my snoring but awoke to quite painful teeth, especially the lower jaw... Figured it may take a day or two to adjust so persevered. Morning 2 and it hurt to brush my teeth in the morning... Felt as though someone had tried pulling my teeth out in my sleep.... The pain remained most of the day... After just 2 hours on night 3 I woke in pain, couldn't bring my jaws together without a shooting pain in my lower teeth and now over a day later they are still uncomfortable. Customer service is not interested at all, just keep pointing back to the 14 day returns policy.... Be warned!!! Worst purchase I've made in a long time... Now have to pay out more money to see the dentist!!!

Terrible product, terrible customer service. Billed me for two, requested a cancellation of one within hours. They did not respond for weeks then told me I was out of return policy.

I don’t know I snore but my wife does! She also says I suffer from sleep apnea. She says that the Soothie hasn’t stopped my snoring completely - what can - but she says my sleep apnea doesn’t happen when I wear it. That’ll do for me. But I get it that the Soothie won’t stop snoring completely, as they claim it will. I didn’t think it would. So, not a complete waste of £30. On the comments in other reviews about teeth hurting after wearing it, I assume that this happens because the Soothie is trying to stop your bottom jaw sliding back, so the teeth are being held by the Soothie to prevent this happening?

Waste of money. Hurts teeth, doesn't stay in position during the night, still wake with dry mouth. Customer service is terrible. Won't refund even though it state 14 day money back if not happy with purchase. I mistakenly ordered two and they also won't give a refund for unopened product. Waste of £60

Worst product ever. Doesn’t work, doesn’t mould to your teeth, doesn’t push your jaw line forward like it states. Wont refund. DO NOT this product an absolute rip off!!!!!

An absolute con. The device doesn't work (it's actually dangerous) and you can't return it.

So in my desperation to gain some control over my persistent snoring I took the emotional leap and purchased the soothie. Professed to be the ultimate cure for my noisy nights and to rebuild my sleep and relationship, I should have known better…. After ordering the device took an age to arrive as it ships from China (this is not clear during the ordering process) but did eventually arrive and to be honest the communication for tracking once shipped was good. The packaging was suitable for its purpose and the device was received complete and undamaged. Gave the device a quick clean and looked forward to my quiet nights sleep. After figuring out the orientation the device fitted but does not offer great comfort with quite a lot of movement, in addition as it is forcing your mouth open it does cause drooling (very attractive and counter intuitive to rebuilding my relationship!) and in turn then goes further to cause complete dryness in your mouth. You wake up feeling like you swallowed a dessert! I have continued to persist with this device but honestly it cannot be worn for more than 2-3 hours at a time. The device is uncomfortable and does not stop snoring which is a real shame since I had such great hope. I would not recommend this device in any way at all.

“Made in USA” but shipped from China. Took longer than estimated shipping time. Wore it for two nights, every morning woke up and my teeth were aching. Return policy doesn’t allow for returns once the product is used.

Let's be frank here, it's a total piece of shit. The plastic is sharp and irritates the tongue and gums. It doesn't fit properly and after 2 hrs of lying awake with it irritating me I took it out and won't use it again. £30 for this? It's not worth 30p

Cheap, doesn't fit, uncomfortable. Also no way of returning, when you ask you get ignored. I've emailed twice asking how i can return it and not had a reply.
Do not buy!

Complete waste of money. Took AGES to arrive. When it did, it looks so cheaply made, even the packaging. It's just a flimsy, cheap mouth guard that doesn't stay in, doesn't fit and doesn't work. I've emailed about a refund and heard nothing yet...
They also lie about their trust pilot reviews on their website!

This product is rubbish. It doesn't fit in my mouth properly. It makes me drule and they won't give me a refund.

The delivery times given on their website are false, took 3 weeks to arrive. At the point of order i selected the 2 different sizes available. Only to receive 2 identical products which have no reference to size on the packaging.
The mouth peice itself is cheaply made, thin, flimsy and fits very loosely. Completely inadequate product. Waste of £54

Not happy at all. The product is uncomfortable. I cannot close my mouth. It makes me drool. And no returns unless it arrives damaged and is unused, so I am out $40. Do not buy.

Product was sent to totally random address and never received. Contact customer service several times, no response. Scam.
