What a piece of crap product!

$60 in the bin, no return policies unless product received damaged.

One universal model is useless. It's lose and too big, cuts into your gums behind your teeth and worst of all, take it off after "attempting" to sleep with this brick and your teeth are numb and hurting.

Do not buy, learn from my mistake

I was really excited to receive this product as my snoring is disturbing my husband. The product is comfortable. However, saliva just seems to pour from the corners of my mouth, soaking my pillow and I can't sleep on a wet pillow!

Whatever this thing is made of, it is too soft to keep your jaw in place. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t stop you from snoring. Don’t waste your money. I contacted their customer service and just got fobbed off. They have my money so they are not interested in me now.

Item still not arrived after waiting over a week - delivery said 1-2 days. The tracking number provided is invalid and customer services aren't responding. I'll now have to raise a dispute with my bank to reclaim the funds.

Could not process my credit card, which may have been a good thing. When I emailed them they have never responded.

Purchased 412 2024. Chased delivery 15 12 2024, nothing received from customer services. Product turned up 18 12 2024 and frankly it could not have been a cheaper useless piece of rubbish bearing in mind I was conned and payed £34.
Today I receive an email basically saying tough I am out of the 14 day contract.
Probably because of all the other people complaining how based on my experience how useless the service and product are

Great sales pitch which is why I opted to give it a go. Tracking info is poor as the link is for Royal Mail but the tracking number is an international tracking number. I'm guessing that if you think it will be int'l shipping then you'll stay away.
You can track the shipping if you go through your orders on the site instead of clicking the email link. This is how I knew it was int'l, this also gave me peace of mind that it was a genuine company/order.

Took about 7-8 days but has arrived and is what I expected. Only one night of use and it did the job (which I didn't really expect). It's not a custom fit, which would be ideal, like a sports mouthguard but for now I'll stick with it.

WOW. What poor service, ordered 10 days ago but no sign of any delivery. The tracking number for Royal Mail turned out to be invalid. Messaged 3 times without a reply. This really is poor customer service. I would avoid at all costs and go elsewhere.

This product is junk. It does not work and they do not stand behind it.

I've been douped for (hopefully) the last time. This product took almost 2 months to arrive and not one reply to any of my emails as I was attempting to track it. I was ghosted for over 4 weeks then I gave up and assumed that I'd lost almost $100. Then it finally arrived. I ordered 2, one of each size for my husband and I but they are both the same size. Mine digs into my gums behind my upper front teeth making it terribly uncomfortable. I even tried wearing it upside down for a night to see if that made a difference, but it didn't. My husband won't even try his because of this. I'm going to attempt to get a refund for the unused one. The other will end up in the trash. Wish me luck! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Takes weeks to arrive and zero reply from soothie when trying to locate. Rubbish item, another scam

Hmmm. How amazing that Greyson Holand's experience on July 10, Bhaltair F's experience on July 17 and Archie Wilson's experience on July 23 are virtually identical (literally, in the last two cases). It's lifesaver!

After ordering this product, I consulted my dentist and because I already have an existing appliance in my mouth, they recommended against using this product. So, I inquired with The Soothie two weeks ago to initiate a return & refund on the unused product. They've continued to give me the run around, referring to their return policy (which my product qualifies for) to deflect and have very sporadic / inconsistent responses (via chatbot and email). I haven't seen a reply to my most recent email inquiring about a refund / return for the last four days, so I'm assuming they're ghosting me on purpose to avoid having to refund this product. This has been by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They had no issues taking my money for the original purchase, but I have received no direction on how to proceed with my return / refund after four emails and numerous chats in your website chats. Stay far away from this product on this company as it's a scam.

Ordered item on 7th December and we are currently on the 14th and still no sign of the order. They say they pride themselves on their speedy delivery.
Sent numerous emails enquiring about shipment but alas I think this company is the equivalent of the Mary Celeste.

The order needed following up (Emails to prove) and then the mouthpiece is way too small, children size and thus doesn't fit and you cannot adjust.

I purchased 2 of these, one for me and one for a friend, first of all it made my teeth so sensitive that I could not eat and have my teeth touch after just one use, second when I tried to return even the unused one I was told they do not take returns. I paid for the extended warranty wow what a waste for nothing.

Trust Pilot - You need to give an option for ZERO stars. One star is way too generous for this company!

Awful product, false advertising on their website, customer service that just ignores what you ask and comes back with generic rubbish about "how they understand you frustration" etc etc...... a general all round terrible experience. I urge anyone considering buying this product not to waste your money.

I researched The Soothie in depth. I contacted them before my purchase to get advice on which one to buy. Initially, good customer service with a prompt response. so I ordered one having noted that you can order "without ANY RISK using our 30 day guarantee". When it was delivered, it was this flimsy piece of rubber/plastic, that I expected before even trying it, it probably wouldn't work. However, I persevered and as expected it had no effect whatsoever, absolutely useless. My partner woke several times in the night due to my snoring with The Soothie in my mouth!!

As they advertised a 30 day guarantee and that "their priority is the customers satisfaction" and "they are dedicated to ensuring you are happy with your purchase". I felt safe in the knowledge that as it didn't work, I could request a refund, as the product was not fit for purpose. I could not have been more wrong!! When I requested a refund, I was told that they do not issue refunds once the product had been used. How are you supposed to know it's not any good if you dont try it??? Once you have tried it, you can't get a refund. Absolutely bonkers policy!!

The "no risk" 30 day guarantee is literally meaningless. Clearly there is a risk, as you will waste your money as it doesn't work. False advertising at its best!!

They do not ensure that your satisfaction is their priority at all. I am not satisfied in the slightest and they have done nothing but say "they understand my frustration" and "thanked me for my feedback"!!! They have repeated this on several occasions, whilst repeatedly avoiding answering specific questions I have put to them relating to what they have advertised on their website.

I cannot prove it but I expect the website reviews are fake too.

You have been warned. DO NOT buy this product. It doesn't work and you will not be able to get your money back (despite it saying on the Anti Snoring Device page of their website that there is a "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!)!!!

Whilst it's not ideal that I have lost my money, this isn't my main complaint. It's they are literally conning people into buying a product, by saying how effective it is and if it doesn't work there is a money back guarantee, when there absolutely isn't. When you do then email the company, you are just fobbed off. Shocking way to run a business, just should not be allowed. Zero stars!!

My one star relates to my second purchase, the first one would get 5 stars.
I bought the first Soothie in August, it fitted well, perhaps a little tight to begin with but after a while it became comfortable, my snoring reduced considerably.
BUT,BUT the two I bought in October are totally different, they don’t stay in the mouth properly, they are larger and of a much looser material. I wonder if they are the same at all, even the plastic case is different. I am so disappointed as I cannot wear them and have wasted a lot of money too. I just wonder, what is the point of reducing the quality thus losing customers. Wish I could get them replaced as I really love the first one 😢
