I couldn't install the program. I paid for the experts to help. The link i was sent didn't work. I requested a full refund and was told it would be issued. I am still getting emails asking how happy I am with the product. I have now been informed that my refund is processed. I am not super tech-savvy and shouldn't have tried this type of purchase.

The download was a seamless experience. The company sent clear instructions and the programs installed perfectly. Before I ordered the software, I uninstalled the MS 365 file in the "start menu" so there would not be a conflict. Otherwise, nothing unusual happened.

Quick download and installation, verification and registration went well. Working as it should and price was fair.

Terrible service, they ignored my requuests to send me the information to re-download my purchase to my new laptop resulting in a late hand in for my school assignment dropping my average.
Not at all impressed.
Avoid these guys if you seek timely customer service. Yes the product is affordable but what good is that when you cannot access it because they didn't A) send me a email with my product so i wouldn't have future issues, and B) completely ignored me when i requested a link to my own purchase.

Don’t waste your money. Can’t load and have asked for help and only advertisement for more products. Have asked for refund but looks like will need to handle through Credit card

The download was screwed up. I emailed them and waiting for somebody to contact me. I purchased Microsoft office 2024 but when I open it word and Excel are listed as 2019, which is no longer supported by Microsoft. Why when I purchased Microsoft 2024 do I still have 2019?

I had an issue while installing the software and when I ask a question someone was right there with straight forward answers. I did what they said and the download and installation was easy. At the time I was doing the installation I did not expect an answer. I guess it was AI, but the answer work.

Bought windows 11 pro product key from this site—HUGE mistake. They delivered the key fairly soon after I purchased, and I went straight to redeem it on my computer. I was then prompted with a notice that the key had already been used. I tried to contact software city multiple times across multiple days, via email and their website chat. No response EVER. I need a refund immediately so hopefully this review gets their attention
