In having James Pham install my software was so easy. I just sat back and watched. The software itself was reasonable and the charge for installing wasn't too bad either. I have your software on another designated computer and have been loving it.

I was so happy to find this site, and my experience was great! I needed a Microsoft Office version, but I did not want to get a subscription. Software City was able to give me a version at a very reasonable price. It installed without a hitch. Then, I realized I had made a mistake in the setup of the users, and had to change that around which broke my Office installation. James came through by cancelling the old code and giving me a new code. I'm up and running!! Even got emails in the middle of the night. I sure wish other companies were doing this level of personal 24/7 support!

James Pham was consistent, knowledgeable and helpful even though he was half was around the world.
He completed the request very timely.

Purchasing and installing the software was very easy. The instructions were perfect and I was able to see, after installation, that the product worked great.

I have never dealt with a company/organization that stated exactly how they operated and how they would support you if any problems were encountered. I did run into a problem installing the software I purchased. Software city supported me in completing the installation exactly as they said they would. Their expert took over and resolved my problem within about 30 minutes. (Fairly, a good deal of that time was spent waiting for downloads of software.} This is now the first place I will go to purchase any other software I may need.

What a great experience. I purchased Office Pro and had questions on how to install it. We set up a time to resolve my issues. The technician was able to look at my computer and install the software remotely. Everything went well and the software works great.

What's great?
1. The tips for Office that I didn't know even existed. Like the feature that saves more than the last item I copied to the clipboard.
2. The After-care. I accidentally set my Office to not access Office Help. Dumb! I really appreciated James answering me and giving me the solution.

I had a problem with the download and Software City was quick to respond with a soultion.

After the purchase it was only a minute to get the install code. Followed the given instructions and everything is great.

Bought Office 2024
Easy to buy (less expensive than at other big retailers), received license key in about 5 minutes. Within 15 minutes, I was fully installed, tested and good to go. Easier than setting up my new laptop. Would recommend Software City

Software City was a great place to buy MS Office with only one payment and you own the software!! Instead of having to pay yearly or monthly fees for Office 365. I highly recommend them !!

Had an issue with the product key that was provided for a Microsoft office order. After submitting the issue, James clarified they had an issue on their end with the key that was provided to me and corrected the problem. Was happy with the resolution.

The MS Office was as advertised. Received a key code within minutes of procuring. downloaded and used the key with no problem. Also had a question that was responded to in no time. Highly recommend.

Either I was doing something wrong or my laptop was acting up. But the technician eventually got the session going
