Once I was able to get connected my technician James Pham did an awesome job setting everything up. I didn't understand if session code was part of how to connect to get the session started or which log in. I guess more simplified instructions for the process would help, but I applaud customer support. Remember if I was comfortable with technology, I wouldn't need to hire for installation.

I recently purchased a new computer and wanted my own copy of Microsoft Office rather than going the subscription route. After uninstalling a couple of Microsoft Office files that were already on the computer, I began the download process. My Office key was ready within the hour, and I had no problems applying it the first time I opened Microsoft Word. Follow their excellent instructions, and the process should go well. I've been using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access for about a week and have not run into any issues, even when using files that were created in Office 2010. I didn't need to use their technical support, but there were several follow up emails from them asking if the install went OK.
