Had to make a claim under their life time guarantee on an iPad case that was a few years old.All went very well and a replacement was received in a matter of days.Well done.

After nearly 4 years of use, my case for an Iphone XS fell apart. I was about to buy a replacement but noticed the lifetime guarantee. Having notified Customer Services and sending a couple of photos my case was replaced free of charge. The service was efficient, caring and efficient.

My keyboard, the “h”key in particular, started to have a life on it is on, after a handful of months using the keyboard.
I contacted customer service asking for help. They came back to me real fast, asked to try a couple of things, none of those things worked, so it all ended up with customer service sending me a brand new keyboard.
They were a true customer service. Their only objective was for me to be happy with their product.

We have used Snugg for years and never had any issue, my most recent one had lost all rigidity and I emailed them on Saturday and have received a replacement this morning, excellent customer service.

The iPhone 14 case does not allow charging on charge pads. Their iPhone X cases are compatible. On Amazon it says nothing of this. Big disappointment. My disabled husband can no longer charge his phone easily and we have to plug it in for him now. Customer service just responded to this with cut and paste answers, didn’t seem to really care. Case started peeling, seemed to be thinly covered so not leather? We look for other cases now.

I bought my iPad snugg case on Amazon, I didn't know it had lifetime warranty. I emailed them, they replied back within a couple of hrs and yes. I was told it had warranty and they shipped me a new one... So happy with the service !!! A++++

Bought a Snugg keyboard / case for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch earlier in the year. After about two months a couple of the keys began to stick. Contacted the company, sent a video and they agreed to replace the case. Unfortunately they were out of stock at the time. Sent them an email for an update last week and a new case was sent. It was due to arrive on Sunday but was here on Saturday evening. Would highly recommend.

I really like snugg phone cases, had multiple phones with these. My latest one developed an unexpected fault (plastic split on a side of the phone). Got in touch with their cs as it came with lifetime warranty and it was replaced within a week. Great stuff guys, keep up a good work.

Bought a combined cover and keyboard for my 2017 I Pad Pro 10.5 inch. Lovely gold colour and excellent fit. Only issue was just 2 backlight colours rather than 7 as advertised . No quibble replacement quickly sent which works perfectly. Lovely keyboard , strong case and brilliant service. Thank you

I have purchased products from SNUGG over the years for multiple electronics. I will not buy from anyone else as this company stands behind their products with outstanding customer service. In the rare instance you have a product that breaks down, they will do exactly what their lifetime guarantee says. In this day and age when everyone promises to fulfill a guarantee and then they don’t, this company steps up to the plate. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Anna and Jim.

UPDATE: AVOID AVOID AVOID!! After requesting a refund for the product that could no longer be done through PayPal due to me being in hospital, I was firstly asked to return at my own cost. I advised I’d return if they paid as it’s their faulty product. I was told if I send a video that they’d process the refund so I did that and now I’m being told there is no problem with the case. Apparently clunky, stiff, hard to open cases are the product they sell. They informed me I hadn’t put the iPad in it which I had but had removed as didn’t want the item. They are now refusing to refund me because apparently this awful quality product is what they sell and unless I refund at my own cost there is nothing they will do. To add to this customer service is slow so I am a month and a half down the line without my money and a company who apparently pride themselves on bad customer service and low quality products they sell for 74.99. I decided when purchasing not to buy through Amazon as they were a smaller company so felt like it would be nicer to buy directly from them. My error has meant I’m in this position. Amazon would have paid for the return and giving me my money back within 5-10 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THE PRODUCT IS RUBBISH AND YOULL STRUGGLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Unsure why these are sold out and have good reviews. I ordered one for my iPad and the keyboard attachment was clunky and stiff and it didn't close flat when I just wanted to use the iPad. They sent a replacement after me having to open a PayPal dispute because it the customer service was slow. The replacement is exactly the same. These are bulky, stiff and clunky cases that do not feel nice or comfortable to use. There is no slickness to the mechanisms when moving the iPad around the keyboard. Terrible, overpriced product with bad customer service.

Very disappointed in quality of the Snugg iPhone case when it arrived, the leather effect was peeling off so I contacted customer service, they agreed it was faulty and sent a replacement, great I thought until I received the new case which was worse than the first one.
Tried to contact customer services again to ask for another replacement but have had no response yet.

Excellent, courteous and prompt customer service. A great company, team and product.
