Absolutely the best customer service ever - had a problem with my ipad mini case 18 months after purchase and a new one was sent out and received within a couple of days. The case itself is great too. No hesitation in recommending

This company has been awesome about replacing my IPad. My ONLY complaint is that they wouldn’t send it to Canada….now the borders are open I have to drive 3.5 hours to get it at my USA address. However, in saying that, they are fabulous when it comes to customer service and being VERY quick to respond. I will use them again and refer them to friends!

Excellent customer service! I have bought several Snugg cases for my IPhones and iPads over the years. Excellent product and highly recommend to family and friends. Excellent customer service. I have a lifetime guarantee on my iPhone case which I had purchased for my husband. I contacted Snugg to say there was a problem all I needed to do was send in some photos. Jim explained everything in his email. And within no time at all my husband received his replacement cover. The level of service I have received is amazing, the quality of products is really good. What stands apart is that the products have a lifetime guarantee and when you show the proof of purchase they happily send a new product out to you. My iPad Pro blue tooth keyboard case developed a faulty loose hinge after 3.5 years. Contacted Snugg for information on how to tighten. To my surprise I was reminded by them that I had a lifetime guarantee. Sent a short video showing issue and within 2 days I received a brand new replacement no quibbles. Outstanding service will certainly use again in the future.

I am on my second Snugg iPad case with Bluetooth keyboard. I am really pleased with the product. My current case suddenly developed an issue with the top row of keys. It was purchased via Amazon but was out of time to return it via them. I contacted Snugg direct and the customer service has been outstanding. Problem described with images and a replacement item dispatched no quibbling whatsoever. Superb.

I have two iPad covers made by Snugg, returning to buy the second because I am so impressed by their quality. Far superior to any others I’ve bought in the past. Tough, give good protection to the tablet, versatile, smart looking. Well made. A bit dearer than some but actually far cheaper because they are made to last and will far outlive others.

Two iPhone 11 cases purchased about 12 months ago.

Lasted reasonably well but as per the previous review posted on here, I found the clasp was failing of one and on the other the plastic case that the phone rests in had broken

I emailed Snugg and primarily dealt with Jim.
