Eventually received order and gave benefit of doubt as up until now service had been excellent.
Asked for 12.5mg offered 10mg due to delays which I accepted as better than nothing. The cost difference to be refunded.
10mg delivered late after numerous chases and no refund. I did receive an email 7 July saying they would be in contact in next 48 hours. They haven't now 10 days later.
Obviously something is going on with this company recently by my own experience and that I can now see of others. Avoid, seek an alternate vendor

I placed an order on 4th July 2025 with The Slimming Clinic for Daily Weight Loss Tablets CAAS – 1 Month Supply (Phentermine HCl tablets 37.2mg, Qty: 28 tablets). The order was confirmed the same day. Based on previous experience (as a long-time customer), their orders are typically processed and dispatched within 72 hours.
After a full week of no updates or progress, I attempted to make contact multiple times over several days:
Used their website chat (bot only), emailed twice, and received no reply.
Contacted their Facebook page and messaged through a previous order thread — no response.
Called the business on 14th July and left a voicemail. I followed up by email that day, clearly stating I would contact my bank if I received no response.
On 15th July, I received an email stating my order had been dispatched, but the tracking number provided (15501521528728) was not valid and does not exist on the Royal Mail system. It also does not follow the correct Royal Mail tracking number format.
I allowed 24 hours in case the tracking updated, but nothing changed. I sent another email on 16th July, explaining the issue and again requesting contact. As of today (17th July), I have received no reply, no valid tracking, and no goods.
It has now been 13 days since I placed the order, and I have not received the item or any meaningful communication. I am requesting a chargeback as the goods have not been delivered, and the seller is not responding.
There is NO way to contact this company. I have exhausted every possible method but I have received no contact and my order has not been dispatched. I have bought from them several times in the past and not had a problem but this was such a bad experience that I will never order from them again.
Update: My order was delivered on the 17th July. I checked and everything was included and nothing was damaged, incorrect or missing. I had a call a couple days after where I was told there had been a nationwide shortage and they were catching up. It's still no excuse for the lack of customer service and the fact that it's not possible to actually speak to anyone.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING
I have been an on and off customer of this company for years and have never had ANY cause for complaint. However, obviously something has happened because I placed an order back in June and I've heard nothing. No response to emails, chat, phone calls, anything. It is completely unacceptable to treat customers like this, whilst still HEAVILY advertising the services that they clearly are unable to fulfil. Such a disappointment after years of service.

Took My Money, No Product, No Refund
I placed an order with The Slimming Clinic on 1st July 2025 for a Mounjaro injection pen and paid £144. Over 15 days later, the item has still not been dispatched. I’ve contacted them multiple times and received vague, delayed replies.
When I asked for a refund, they said they’d charge me a £25 cancellation fee — even though no prescription was issued and no product was sent. This is completely unacceptable and against UK consumer rights.
I’ve now had to open a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money. After reading recent reviews, it’s clear others are going through the same thing. This feels like a pattern of stalling, silence, and refusal to refund.
Avoid this company until they are held accountable.
Lack of communication and no delivery date
I began using The Slimming Clinic in October 2024 and initially had a positive experience. The staff were helpful, orders arrived on time, and communication was excellent. However, recently, the service has deteriorated significantly. I have had to switch providers and am still waiting for an order I placed on June 20th to be fulfilled. This is particularly concerning given the nature of the medication, which should be taken on a weekly basis. If I had not been able to obtain it from another provider, I would have been without it for three weeks.
I understand that there may be stock issues, but this should be clearly communicated when an order is placed. As it stands, I have not been given a clear timeline for when I will receive my order, and I have been informed that I will not receive a refund unless I pay a £25 fee, despite the fact that the delay is on their end.
I strongly advise against using The Slimming Clinic if you can obtain your medication from another source.
Since writing this, I have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
Shocking experience!!!
Shocking experience!!!! Took my money for 3 months of pens, back in May and I've only received 1 pen. I have been out of medication for 2 weeks and have tried to contact them by phone, email and messages on the patient portal, with no responses.
Ignore all messages and no delivery
Placed my order on 29th May 2025 and was prescribed a lower dosage than I had paid for. Sent several messages, phones calls, emails, online chat and social media messages and no response on any. Took my money with no problem but still no received my order mid-July. Absolutely appalling, particularly as they regularly continue to advertise their services and deals to entice more customers, who will undoubtedly have the same issue. I have issued a complaint and will continue to escalate.
Unethical and probably illegal
