Highly recommended company. I was already on hrt from my GP but this wasn’t working after over 12 months and they weren’t prepared to up my dose. From my first appointment with Jennifer I actually felt listened to and not fobbed off. After my appointment with Tunde it turns out I had a lot more symptoms than I originally thought. There was a lovely lady who came to the house to do my bloods and everything was explained about my results in detail.
After only 4 weeks I am actually sleeping all night. This hasn’t happened for over 18months. I am finally beginning to see the woman I was before all this started.
My younger sister used this company first as she wanted to get in early as she didn’t want to end up in the situation I was in. This is what prompted me after her recommendation.

I recently used Bio ID Health and was really impressed with how prompt everything was. I got my blood results back within just a few days, which was much faster than I expected.
I understood that I needed to do the Body MOT test, so I booked and went ahead with it. To be honest, I was quite nervous beforehand — I’m not usually comfortable with these kinds of tests — but the whole process was made so simple and straightforward by the team. This service has been amazing. Going from not feeling listened to as an individual then finding Lisa and the team, who understood, listened, fully investigated my results and planned a treatment to suit me personally with what I need. Chased results and someone got back to me but my consultant didn’t turn up to my spot today at 3pm. Rang general line and it seems there’s a mix up as she said under her breath 3.40 but then said actually it is 3pm. She said she would notify consultant I’m waiting but the consultant has still not turned up to the call. Very unprofessional.

Have been with Bio ID since last Nov. Its been abit of a rocky road to get my HRT to the correct levels...which to be fair, they do tell you that in the first place. My Clinician is Tayyub who has been a star! He always replies to emails or makes an appt for a video call if I have any problems. He is reassuring and sympathetic. He is very knowledgeable. The whole team there are very proactive . I would absolutely recommend them

At the start of wry helpful then some issues along the way making the process stressful and not flowing. A delay in meds as wasn’t aware had to fill a repeat prescription request that went to my junk. I had to follow up. No reply on the phone for a day.

Nothing is more important than your health and when taking hormone replacement therapy you need to feel confident that you are being properly looked after by professional people.
I have recently started taking trt and have had a few concerns. But I have either called or emailed Bioidhealth and they have taken care of things immediately. Lydia has been absolutely amazing and has been incredibly helpful in getting me the help and advice I need. The company as a whole are very professional and I am really pleased with how everything is going regarding regular blood tests and regular reviews. The consultants are amazing too with face to face video calls giving you that extra peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to go on to hrt.

From the initial consultation with Jennifer Wilson, who was super friendly and so helpful, Bio ID have been amazing. Such an easy process including coming to my home to take bloods, results back very swiftly and the follow on consultation with clinician making recommendations and timely despatch of the prescription. After only a few weeks of using the prescriptions prescribed I am feeling 100% better and more myself. I would highly recommend Bio ID as an alternative to the generic drugs prescribed by GP. Worth every penny to feel back to my old happy self! :)

At first the kit looked a bit overwhelming but once I took a beat and read the clear instructions it was a breeze so much better than pricking a finger and trying to massage out enough blood - pain free process and looking forward to getting the results

Both consultants explained everything really well. A thorough consultation on extensive blood tests and no pressure selling and only recommend what is needed.

I have had a very poor experience with Biohealth ID. At the beginning I felt very reassured and positive about the process. I received my medication and from then on, the service has been poor. I had to chase to make my 10 week appointment and didn’t receive my medication until 2 months due to stock issues. That was January and I haven’t heard anything since. I have been very disappointed in the whole experience and feel it’s been a complete waste of money.

They’re doing mass promoting on Instagram initial consult for £20 which then feels like you’re having a consult with someone reading from a script. I was put onto someone called Jennifer Wilson she was prompt to send me some info on prescription ingredients as I’d asked but since then communication has been poor.
I needed blood tests which they also sell but I have my own contact for this so went off to grab more results and came back to them with the tests they required only to receive zero response from that point onwards.

I have now moved on to a different provider for lack of communication reasons.
