Seems like Therabody have started a new Truspilot account due to all the negative customer service reviews on the other one. Well being a customer who was happy with their previous service owning a Theragun Pro and Power dots Duo, I purchased the Recovery Air Pro compression boots, having decided to return them under the 30 day guarantee, I requested an RMA yesterday morning. Having dealt with previous companies the RMA and postage labels have generally been with me within a hour if not sooner from the request. As I had not received anything yesterday afternoon I contacted them again to be told it would take 24 hours. With it now well over the 24 hour time span and still nothing I have just contacted then again via the online chat and spoke to JOSE, who basically fobbed me off stating it now takes between 24 hours and 72 hours and then stated that I was within this time and was there anything else he could help me with. I stated this was a poor service and it wasn't a surprise of all the poor reviews, then whist typing a reply to his reply he just closed the chat. Seems the previous reviews regarding customer service when they are not taking your money is slow and poor, certainly think about using this company again if this is how they treat their customers.

Situation Resolved
Situation has been put right, and I would certainly recommend this company.
Product arrived faulty, It was almost impossible to make contact with them, after more than a week I finally get a reply but they will not offer a refund and cannot replace before Christmas.
Update: The problem has been resolved, I now have my replacement and I am very pleased with the product.

OK so I ordered my Theragun on the 26th of November. I received my product after 8 business days instead of 1-4 that was the est. delivery time but it was ok because it was black Friday (I Leave in Greece). However when I tried to use my Theragun Elite (red) it didn't work. I tried to charge it for an hour but it wasn't charged even 1%. So I firstly contacted their support and they suggested that should charge it for more than 8 hours and see if this work. But unfortunately nothing happened. So I contacted them again and explain them that I really need the product and I have to receive what I paid for as soon as possible. They told me that we can start the return process and that I could send them a picture of me delivering it to DHL so that they could start the delivery of a new Theragun. So that's what I did, I sent them the picture but there was no reply for 4 days(the picture was send on the 10th of December). After that I contacted them again and they told me that there was not an approval from their managers to send me the Thersagun before the receive the defected product and check it out. So they lied to be on the phone. They told me that theey are going to look up my case and try to prioritise my order (14th of December). That day they received my defected Theragun. After emailed them the tracking number and a screen shot that the product was delivered to them they still didn't reply to any these emails. So after 26 days from my initial order they told me that their logistic team was still searching for my product and that they are going to keep me posted. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS THEY JUST WANT OUR MONEY. I never had such a bad costumer support experience in my life. I paid a f..cking premium product and the only thing I got was a trolling support that they never followed up my case and a defected product that I ordered from their official website!!!!! PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS
Update: Just received my replacement theragun after 36 days of my initial order. I got the exact same problem as before!!! The battery doesn't work at all. It doesn't charge even after 3 hours. This is unacceptable !!! They have sent me also some extra attachments to compensate but there is no use for that as long as I don't get a product that finally works!!!!!! This really sucks I don't know what to do for real.
