New Theragun Elite received as a gift. Did not work and did not accept a charge. The charge remained 0. The charger was working, the device LED lit up and showed 0. Tried chat support. They said because it was a gift and I had no receipt they would use the serial number. That set the warranty back to date of manufacture ( not date available for sale) and they then said it was out of warranty. So sad for a company selling such expensive devices! And, as others have said, no customer service phone number.

God awful. BUYER BEWARE I was charged 2 transactions on December 16th and December 9th. All together I was charged 1650.00. I am still trying to resolve issue. As all the other reviews stated, there are no phone numbers to call. I contacted my bank to see what I can do. I purchased a Theragun Pro (5th gen) direct from Therabody about a week ago. After four days and three short uses, it quit working. Convinced I had done something wrong, I reached out to Therabody support. Not only is there no life support (you can chat with someone that almost certainly doesn't speak English, at least not as a primary language) but they then had to pass my issue on to the warranty folks. A day later, I had to send more info. Today, they finally replied saying my Theragun was indeed broken (than you for that confirmation) and they would replace it. So far, a bit frustrating, but something in used to in this day of lax customer service. The kicker was that I had to send the gun back (their dime), it would take up to 15 business days for "processing" and only then would then send me a new one. They estimated this process to take 3-4 weeks!! I'm actually gotten better customer service from the IRS and insurance companies, so congratulations Therabody, you've saved a few bucks, but at the cost of pissing off yet another customer. I told Therabody to forget it and just send me a refund. I'm done with this.
Device wouldn't charge, they had no technical support...
I didn't use the item (thereagun elite) for a long time, and when I tried to use it again it wouldn't charge. It just stuck on 0%.
Contacted their support but they were kind of useless, just giving me generic tips that were clearly irrelevant given the clear description of the problem I had provided.
They made no attempt to diagnose the problem, and when I asked to speak to someone technical and they said, "we do not have a repair shop or a technical expert available to assist".
Seriously? they have no technical support? No-one that knows even the basics of how these work?
Their only suggestion was to maybe just buy a new one...
Luckily I found a reddit post where other people had the same problem, and actually had a fix - a simple fix that took about 5 mins and needed no tools or expertise - and it worked!
Otherwise I'd be down about £300.

First of all the theragun pro was great for a little over 2 months.
Then one battery won't charge, contacted the dire customer support "sorry we don't replace parts like batteries or chargers you will have to send the whole unit back" What kind of company doesn't hold spare consumables? So I then said if I'm just sending it back I'll have a full refund as it's not fit for purpose and whilst I'm without the machine for simply changing a faulty battery I may as well be refunded and buy something more reliable"sorry we can't refund you for a faulty product after 2 months!”
This company is shocking, for such expensive high end gear they don't carry consumables spare parts for replacement, they don't refund after 2 months for a faulty product and their customer service script readers are abysmal.
Nothing but cheap rebranded low grade rubbish made in China sold at a premium.
Theft by deception, premium price as it's marketed well, but cheaply made product which has no longevity, stear clear of this company!!!!
The return process is INSANE
The return process is INSANE! I've sent three return request emails over 10 days only to receive a request for various bits of information they already had (ie my address) and now I have to wait another three days for the return address. There is clearly something up with the company. I suspect a cash flow crisis. I really wouldn't recommend buying anything from them at this point and I'm not at all confident that I will ever see my money back.
Product never shipped, never credited.
Birthday gift ordered for the husband 3/20/24 for a birthday in April. Tracking with fedex showed label was created and sitting in Louisville KY. It showed this for the next 2 weeks. Contacted Therabody via email as there is no customer service number to call, and they did respond. They advised that the product was returned from my address. Funny, because fedex showed it never shipped??? I verified my address indeed was correct for what they have on file. Here we sit, a mth later, without a product and without a resolution. $300 I am out, no offer of a discount, only a we will re-ship the product.
Now I'm seeing reviews of terrible customer service along with a terrible product. I really wish I had seen this before purchase.

Don't buy from therabody. Spent quite a bit on a theragun prime and it recently stopped working after a few months of use. Currently in need to use it as I'm in the middle of training so I sent it back to get it replaced. I posted it back nearly 5 weeks ago and I've had to constantly chase people to get an update on what has happened to my replacement. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I really wouldn't recommend buying from therabody. I still don't know where my replacement is or when I will get it back. Everyone I speak to is currently just as clueless. Buy from another company that has better customer service.
HORRIBLE Customer Service
This review is specific to their customer service. It's simply awful. Placed an order to be picked up at a local Best Buy because it said it was available for same day pickup and I'm treating an injury. Three days later and Best Buy had no record of the purchase, and Therabody said they would need another 48-72 hours to investigate. They offered me NO solutions other than "Sorry, you're just going to have to wait." I cancelled the order and placed another one online to be shipped. The website states product will be shipped in 2-3 days, and here I am 5 days later and having to reach out to see what's going on. It's shocking that a company that sells a good product at a premium price should have such horrible service!

Bought TheraFace mask (£600+) in Dec for Christmas, returned which tracking shows it was received by them 8th Jan. Still no refund a month later.
It is a lot of money to be out of pocket.
Customer support says "Be kindly informed that I am still waiting for a replay from the warehouse. Please expect an update in 28-72 business day. "
That's BUSINESS DAYS! So 14 weeks would put us in May. They haven't even confirmed yet if i am getting a refund, they may take all this time to then say no for some reason. I could be chasing this all year.
Don't get me wrong, the product are excellent but I will never buy from somewhere where the customer service is this poor. Wish i bought through John Lewis as they would have just refunded me directly themselves!

I ordered a product to give as a Christmas present on the Therabody website on Thursday, December 14. I checked their shipping conditions, which state a 2 to 3-day preparation time before shipping.
My package was shipped on Friday, December 22, which is 7 days after my order. Taking so much time, especially during the Christmas period, to ship a small item is inconceivable. Additionally, no information was communicated to me regarding a shipping delay.
I had to contact their customer service multiple times, and yet, there was still no follow-up.
Last Wednesday, I requested that Therabody cancel my order, knowing that the item would not arrive in time for Christmas. They were unable to process my request.
As a result, the package arrived today, late for Christmas, and they are asking me to return it at my expense to be reimbursed.
Do not buy through their site, especially when Amazon, which was able to deliver the day after my order, and has a reputable customer service, is an option.

They are an absolute joke. I have the prime, mini 2.0, recovery air, foam roller, Thera cup, wave, and power dots. . Love them all, but the customer service is absolutely horrific. Ordered the calf recovery compression garment x 2 for a Christmas present for my sister. Only one delivered and I was basically told that because the box hadn’t been damaged by the courier that it was in the box and I’m lying. No belief whatsoever that they could have made a mistake. As I was away until Christmas morning I didn’t realise that both weren’t in the box and it messed up my gift giving and was really upsetting.
Won’t order from them again. Their loss as I have the money back from my bank.

Purchased the Face Googles, but got worried as no confirmation email sent or receipt for payment , which was taken immediately. Tried to call but no contact number and they do not reply to emails either. Called Paypal to get a refund which was in the process of being investigated and then the orders gets delivered even though I have cancelled it. I need to do a return but as I have no order number they have made that impossible. Stay away from this website, they are fraudsters

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with the customer service of this company. Despite providing all the necessary information, including pictures of the prescription for the conductive gel that triggered my allergic reaction, the customer service I received was nothing short of absurd.
Not only did I fail to receive a refund promptly, a process that should have been straightforward, but my issue was "escalated" through three different agents without any resolution in sight. This prolonged lack of resolution leaves me with serious doubts about the company's reputation and reliability.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company based on my frustrating experience. The inadequate customer service and failure to address my concerns have created an overall negative impression. Save yourself the trouble and look for alternatives.

Our Theragun Elite stopped charging after 2.5 years, hence no warranty. A search on the internet revealed that this is a very common problem with the Theragun Elite! The seller, John Lewis, could offer no assistance, and contacting Theragun UK / Therabody, we were told they have no repair facilities in the UK. We tried to open the Theragun Elite up to do repairs ourselves, but it turned out to be impossible without damaging the Theragun. This was confirmed by numerous tips on the Web, and YouTube videos. We then left it with our very handy electrician, but after two weeks of research and trying, he gave up.
The Theragun is as close to a scam as we've ever seen.

I had ordered a Theragun from the site but never received the promissory email with the details and confirmation. Did find that a bit odd and looked on here only to find a massive amount of very poor reviews.
i was convinced that i'd just lost the money until i received a delivery dispatch notification and greatly relieved when the delivery was in my hands less than 24 hours later.
i also did get a follow up email from a Therabody agent confirming the delivery.
4 stars for the speed of the shipping and follow up on the technical issues with the email system.

I would like to share my experience with buying from this company. I made an order and waited for confirmation of shipment, about a week passed and I still did not receive a tracking number, after which I had to write to them and how surprised I was by their answer, my order was processed and delivered, but in reality it is not. I checked the tracking number that they sent in response to my request and indeed it said that the order was delivered, this is absurd, just think you place an order and wait for confirmation of shipment and do not receive it and do not know anything about your order, if I I wouldn’t write to them and I didn’t know that they sent something, think 10 times whether you should take part in this lottery or is it better to buy from a trusted store that is responsible for its actions and takes care of its customers. This is a 100% 1 well deserved one star for customer service but I have to admit that their theragun pro is really good, I got it with Best Buy and will never order from their site again, let them sell their products to big players at a price below retail, they unable to control their business, a separate hello to the doctor. I will dispute the transaction through the bank!!!
Money gone and no shippment after 11 days!
Placed an order 11 days ago and paid via Paypal. Until today no shipping confirmation. Emails inquiring about the order stay unanswered. I then sent an email canceling the order and requesting my money back. That mail was answered telling me they could not locate my order. I am now trying to get my money back through Paypal. STAY AWAY FROM THERABODY!
