Horrible web site experience
I couldn't even get to customer support in the web site. It said to try again later. I was trying to order a multi-device wireless charger. First,the website responded "null" when I chose Paypal. Then, when I tried to pay going to "checkout" from the cart, it erased the charger. Nothing was in the cart. VERY frustrating. And there's no customer support phone number (that I can find). Ugh.

Really wish I had come to this site before purchasing the thergun pro. My product wasn't delivered and therabody never responded to my email, it's been 72 hours, and their website states they'll get intouch with you within that time. There is no contact number for support and the live chat didn't work. The bot just kept ending the chat.
I'm hoping I can claim the money back. Otherwise, I would avoid this website like the plague.

Purchased the TheraFace, and one of the setting is not working. Tried connecting with agents to see if there's a way to troubleshoot it, instead they keep closing the chats. Emailed them to find support, haven't received any response.
Just submitted a refund request now, not optimistic about it. Will update this post if I get my refund.
Appalling Customer Service
Ordered smart goggles, they broke within two weeks, promised replacement never arrived, surly and unhelpful customer service chat, refused to give email of customer service saying 'we do not offer this.' Appalling. Go for cheaper alternative on Amazon.
3 weeks, no item, no update!
Ordered the elite version 3 weeks ago. I chased 2 weeks later and was told they are "undergoing an internal system modification". I have heard nothing for over a week and received nothing.
No item, no refund and no subsequent update.

Unacceptable Customer Support.
I have been using Therabody products for a few years now. There products initially seemed amazing and there was even a UK customer service number which I found excellent when I called them on a number of occasions.
At some point last year they shut their UK customer service number down everything is now done via email or chat and to be quite honest customer service is now shocking.
I have been trying to obtain replacement Powerdot 2.0 pads in BLACK for months now.
I originally emailed customer support at the end of 2022 I was advised to use RED pads for now and that BLACK pads should be back in stock in a few months around the end of February or beginning of March 2023.
I found another retailer had BLACK pads in stock but when they arrived I noticed they had passed their expiry date so I returned them.
To avoid the £15 delivery cost that Therabody charge I attempted to purchase RED pads from a UK retailer that has a Therabody stand with Therabody staff only to find that all their stock of RED Powerdot 2.0 pads had all passed their expire date and had an expire date of 02/2023 or sooner.
I spoke to two members of the Therabody team a week apart in the large department store. I left my contact details on both occasions yet no one ever contacted me and that was about 2 weeks ago.
Yesterday I emailed Therabody again voicing my concerns about lack of a UK support number and the £15 delivery charge for pads also my experience with attempting to purchase replacement pads and the expiry date issues I also asked when will the BLACK Powerdot 2.0 pads be back in stock.
Below is what I received as a response to my email.

Firstly my black machine is only 14 months old they charge £15 delivery even for replacement pads, the pads themselves usually cost £15 but I have noticed they are currently on offer and cost £13. The Powerdot 2.0 machines are also on offer. I suspect the real reason the Powerdot 2.0 machines and pads are currently on offer is because the expiry date of the supplied pads are near or have already passed there expiry date. This is simply unacceptable.
I cant even order multiple sets of Pads to make things more cost effective by only paying one delivery charge for fear the expiry date has passed or they will have a very short shelf life.
Returns imposs despite PR

Now cannot contact any customer service official & no replies to emails. Item cost 1.3k. They take 1,299 Euro and then disappear. Concerned this company is gone out of business. Avoid at all costs.

There is no customer service Warranty returns in my experience take a minimum of 2 months and that’s for a brand new gun that didn’t work when received Thry have no respect for the customer in fact they have zero trust n the customer. It shoul be named the customer dis-service department

My order seemed to get stuck in their systems. I never received a confirmation email but my credit card had a pending transaction. Their chat support is fast to connect to an operator however I had to chase several times as the timelines they expressed for resolution continually passed without being met. Eventually when i tried to cancel the order (through support chat) to create a fresh one instead that seemed to cause the order to push through so I received and paid for two orders. Now within less than 5 days the device is faulty.
While the chat support has you connect with someone within seconds the support is skin deep and remedies are slow and ineffective and now it looks like the product may have quality issues.
For a suite of products with very premium pricing this is well below acceptable.

I’ve ordered a Theragun pro stand with 2 other attachments at different times and they’ve tried to merge the order but never received the wireless charging stand. I’ve spoken to several of there customer service agents and no of them seem to care and keep leaving me in the dark until I create a new case. Very bad customer services
Very quick to take your money but not to refund.
At the beginning of March I contacted Therabody, explaining that I would like to order my son his Graduation Gift, but was there any chance of a discount because he was going to be a first responder. I had not heard anything by 30/3/22, so I went ahead and ordered that morning at full price. In the afternoon of 30/3/22, I received an email giving me a 20% discount. So frustrating. I phoned them to explaing the situration, and they said the best thing to do was to cancel the first order and reorder with the discount code. I received confirmation from Therabody that they had managed to cancel the delivery of the first order, and they advised that it would take 48 hours for the refund to show on my Paypal account. I went ahead and made the new order, with the discount code on 31/3/22. I kept monitering my paypal account and no refund showed, just 2 orders for £2000. After tonnes of phone calls and emails to Therabody, I finally received an email on 13/4/22 saying they had actioned a refund. Hooray I thought. Well that was wishful thinking because on 16/4/22 I received a further email, stating that they were still looking into my request. I have given up contacting Thereabody having read all the negative reviews on here and I have now raised a complaint with Paypal who are now going to contact Therabody and get my payment refunded. Very poor Customer Services and thoughtless Customer Care experience. At the time I was really suffering with Covid-19 (18 days of testing +) and Sinusitus so I think the stress of them not activating the refund just made me ill for longer than I should have.
