Did work for this company through mybuilder paid materials, paint, petrol etc then didn’t pay for 20+ days! Stay well clear very poor communication skills in the office also.

Awful service. Booked in a viewing, received a confirmation email, turned up on the day and no one there.
Waiting 25 minutes, couldn’t get through to anyone. Waste of time. Will never use again.

I am very sorry to hear you have had a bad experience.
Typically our viewings are hosted by the vendors, unless stated otherwise. Hence why there was nobody from Property Perspective to meet you at the viewing.
Having reviewed the notes, I can see that we did leave you a voicemail at 12.30 (the viewing being at 5.30) to advise that the viewing had to be re-arranged due to the vendor not being able to accommodate for work reasons. We requested for the viewings to re-arranged for this Saturday, as this was a more convenient time.

Very happy first time buyers
Megan, Lee, Zeenat and the whole team from The Property Perspective has been nothing short of amazing! They have gone above and beyond through out the whole process to get the home we wanted through to completion. We got our keys today after a lot of drama (our solicitor sending money to wrong account etc...i kid you not.) However, Megan took control of the situation and within 12 minutes to spare before COP, we had everything complete and received our keys without delay. I highly recommend using the team to find and support your next or future home.

You are right, your solicitors did send the completion funds to the incorrect sellers solicitors but I am pleased that we were able to deal with that issue very quickly and resolve for you to move into your property on completion day as promised.

Keira looked after me from start to finish. There was always someone who could help and answer my questions. Such a great team sold my house in weeks after I had a bad experience with a previous estate agent. I would certainly say that I had excellent customer service and support during a stressful time.

Smooth process thanks to PP!
Recently completed and moved into a house sold by PP and this agent were the only positive thing about the whole process! They picked up the phone, they regularly rang to keep me informed and liaised with my (useless) solicitors and some quite scary and blackmailing property developers. They were helpful, polite, they would call to check on things even after 5pm and were the only professionals I dealt with who had common sense! A breath of fresh air. I believe those I bought from were happy they had used them to sell their home too, and I'd recommend them!

Great service from Megan
We have been supported by Megan Raby more recently regarding the sale of our home and Megan has just been fantastic. Megan has needed to do a lot of chasing of solicitors and the chain to make sure that our sale and purchase could progress and in a tight timescale for exchange and completion. Megan has chased them along every day, sometimes multiple times a day. She’s always kept me up to date, sending me emails and calling me. Megan has just been really lovely to deal with. I am aware that Megan is a newer member of staff at the property perspective and what a great addition she is. I’m not convinced we would have got to the point of exchange without Megan’s persistence with solicitors and the rest of the chain. Thank you Megan!
