We have ordered dress from PDC for some time now, and they are always such fantastic quality. The world does not have enough classic conversation styles, and PDC is the dress maker we keep returning too.
Recently, we need to split an order to have it delivered in time for a wedding, Jo was extremely quick to jump on it and send us the split order to ensure we could make the wedding.

Kennedy roll collar pencil dress in colour Bordeaux
I bought a Kennedy roll collar pencil dress in colour Bordeaux . Previously I have bought the same dress in another colour along with other styles, the material then was far far superior quality and must say I am very disappointed in the fabric quality in the Bordeaux dress I am keeping the dress as I had it in the sale, but if I had paid full price for this garment I would have sent it back immediately . Please don’t start letting yourselves down guys, people deserve quality for their hard earned money

We would like to reassure you that the Bordeaux version is made using the same fabric base and is sourced from the same trusted supplier as our other Kennedy dresses. We have not made any changes to the fabric quality, and this is the first instance of feedback of this nature we have received. Occasionally, slight differences in feel can occur due to the dyeing and finishing process for different colours.
We truly value your feedback and will ensure it is shared with our production team. Your continued support means a great deal to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I returned a dress as it didn't fit me
I returned a dress as it didn't fit me, almost a month ago. I've had no acknowledgement of this return and no reply to the two emails I've sent them. I won't be ordering from them again. Very disappointing.

We can see you sent an email on Sunday at 23.18pm, our offices are closed on Sundays and due to the bank holiday, we were also closed on Monday. We can also see you sent a further email this morning at 10.09 am, which we have investigated as a priority and replied to you as quickly as reasonably possible this morning.

You mentioned order WEB125094 in relation to your review, but this order is from over a year ago and was returned and refunded in full at the time, in line with our policy. ... I fell on the site by chance looking for a "50's style" dress for my sons wedding... I didn't want the typical "mother of the groom" outfit. After searching the "regular" shops by traipsing round Manchester... (I HATE shopping by the way).. Then looking "on line" which filled me with anxiety due to returns policies and the lack of clarity on the quality of the material, THANKFULLY I came this company!!
Oh my goodness!!... I have NEVER had such a fantastic shopping experience!! Their selection of BEAUTIFUL,HIGH QUALITY dresses and skirts leaves you spoilt for choice!... I actually ended up purchasing TWO dresses!!! They are absolutely beautiful!!!!!
The customer service is SECOND TO NONE....Communication is EXCELLENT from the initial order! Delivery is quick! The BEST thing I have found (apart from the dresses!) is the AFTER SALES from the customer service team. "David" took time out to call me direct resolving a query I had... I have NEVER had that standard of customer service ... and I am 62!!!
If you order from this FANTASTIC company you WILL NOT be disappointed!!
CONGRATULATIONS to The Pretty Dress Company " for reinstating the PERSONAL standard of shopping we USED to have!!

My second dress and just as beautiful Kennedy dress in Rose Pink. ( previous dress Odelle in Emerald) Amazing cut, construction and colour. Just what I wanted and couldn’t find anything as stylish in the shops. I advise a size up if you might be between sizes.

Pretty big service for Pretty Little Dress

A gift for my wife which she loves
A gift for my wife which she loves. It is a size 10 which is accurate but perhaps snug. Just bear in mind when sizing. Well made and delivered swiftly, although rather tightly packed into a bundle than in a box. An area I’d say needs improving when spending £150 which is why I’ve given it 4 stars rather than 5.

The dresses are lovely but the sleeves are extremely tight. Not every size 8 has the arms of a child ! Some of us lost the weight and don't have the slimmest of arms.
Can't fault the material or the cut of the dress, although it was fun trying to get in and out of it alone !

Lovely dress
I bought the Hollywood pencil dress for my Son's wedding and it's beautiful although the colour doesn't do it justice on the website online, l bought the pale blue and it's is gorgeous 🥰 l wasn't sure what size to order so l checked the size guide and it fits perfectly l would definitely recommend l am very pleased and happy 😊

Impossible to communicate with this company
I have tried to place an order with this company but the offer code they offered me will not work at checkout. I have emailed them and posted explaining on FB but my messages seem to be deleted. I am not impressed by their customer service.
