The program works!
I was dealing with a mid portion Achilles tendinopathy for over a year with little success rehabbing the injury. I thought I’d give the prehab program a go & within a couple of weeks I could feel the difference, I was no longer limping after waking up or resting for long periods. I have started running again since finishing the program without pain!
Mobility and strength has definitely improved & now a case of regular maintenance using the program.
I would definitely recommend this program!

Really great program
Really great program: very good progression with options to modify as needed; each week was challenging enough but allowed me to really progress and to correct my imbalances thanks to the unilateral exercises...I am now able to run without feeling any pain in my knees, I am so happpy!!!

I have had to go through a knee rehab in the past due to lack of conditioning exercises. I have spent quite some amount on correcting the practises. So much for so litlle
A few months ago, I bought the wrist-elbow & hand program. This is the best thing I have done for myself. I have been dealing with wrist pain since 2018. I still feel a little discomfort, however, I have improved so much.
Beside their program, they have always provided me with answers to my questions on the Discussion Board when needed.
Now I will give the low-back program a go because of a lower-back surgery.

Loving the exercise library!
I currently use the exercise library with my clients and my clients have stated they love the layout and it's easy to use. (I'm a physical therapist assistant, personal trainer and yoga teacher).
I love that the library not only has specific exercises you won't see on most other platforms but there are also short videos that explain other concepts (e.g. the topic discussing 'are sit ups a dangerous core exercise?') I just hope we'll be able to access the library from the app soon!
Recently I connected with customer support in relation to a question I had and a request. Customer support connected with me and helped me find a solution in less than 24 hours. I'm very happy overall with my experience so far!

Solutions for common problems with the body
My experience with the Prehab guys has been via social media platforms including their YouTube channel. I realize this isn’t the most conventional therapy approach but nonetheless as I’ve followed their posts on common joint dis functions I’ve been steadfastly trying the suggested modalities and have determined my favorites and most useful for me are the banded joint distraction moves.
I am in my 50’s, fairly active, no injuries and coming from a proactive point of view. My belief is that Rehab exercises/stretches should be used as the building blocks to facilitate overall better fitness in hopes of preventing injuries.
I absolutely enjoy the way they explain the “How To” and the “Why” and look forward to seeing what they share with their next post/video .

As a physical therapist
As a physical therapist, and especially an athletic woman with persistent hamstring pain (red flag averted), I highly recommend the P-Rehab hip program. I started it in September 2021 and completed all three phases in December. I found it very stimulating to have a balanced program between flexibility, mobility and strength. With each successive week and level, I gained not only flexibility but also better muscle balance around my pelvis and hips. I really liked the opportunity to follow a progressive, multi-directional and varied program.
By the 2nd level, I started to feel the positive effect of the exercises on the intensity of my hamstring pain when running. At the end of the 16 weeks, I only have a discrete pain/discomfort in my hamstrings that appears only after more than 45 min of running. My only difficulty in completing the program regularly was finding the time to do it, 5-6x per week for each session (>45 min) during level 3. In order to maintain the gains and make further progress, I intend to continue 2-3 workouts per week starting at level 2 with 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps. A big thank you and congratulations to the P-Rehab team for their skills made available through the smartphone application.

Great way to get back into fitness post-joint replacement
I’m about midway through the [P]Rehab Fitness gym and home editions. I don’t always have access to a gym so having both side by side has been really convenient - I don’t have to miss a day just because I can’t make it to my workout facility, and it allows for a seamless transition from one to the other. Love, love, love that.
I’m younger, s/p left total hip replacement, and after years of compensation and poor movement patterns I thought rebuilding from scratch after surgery would be the best way to get back to where I was before my injury and prevent future issues (I’m not getting any younger). Once I was released back into the wild from my acute physical therapy program, I started this. I’m just staring Phase 3 and it really kicked it up a notch - I appreciate the progressive nature of the programming. Definitely doable and leads into appropriate challenges in a step-wise fashion. I also appreciate the explanation of assessments and the purpose of each phase - I really like knowing the “why” behind things.
I really like this program because it’s well-rounded and holistic (workouts centered on gratitude and acts of kindness?! awesome!). I feel like I’m able to unlearn my bad habits and relearn proper movement patterns. The alternative exercises are a nice touch for those of us who aren’t quite ready, though even if there aren’t alternatives provided, it’s easy to adjust to one’s own abilities.
The only opportunity for improvement is the app itself. I really like the imbedded videos coupled with the descriptions (covering different learner-types). Having to reset the countdown timers for each side/set/round is a bit annoying. Also, the tracking of notes and assessments is less than useful, as I can’t see my previous results during a workout. A spot to track weight used and reps for each side would be more useful as well, especially if previous weights could be visible in repeated workouts. I admit some of this may be user error, and it does not keep me from using it or recommending this to others. Just being transparent.
Overall I’m very satisfied and just purchased the hip program to use after I’m done with this one. I feel I’ve regained strength and mobility in a smart way, and I look forward to my abilities at the end of the program and beyond.

After 6 months of a meniscus issue…
After 6 months of a meniscus issue causing significant fluid in my knee which inhibited full range of motion and caused pain, I decided to invest in the meniscus program to actually fix the problem. It was a GREAT program and totally worth the investment.
Within the first couple of weeks on the fundamental phase I saw a significant decrease in fluid build up along with increased stability in the knee. Once I got into the second phase, I noticed the program addressing imbalances in both sides of my body that seemed to be the source of compensation and pain. I was happy to have several affected areas be addressed and improved by this program and definitely feel balanced and bulletproof from the waist down because of it. I would highly recommend this program, along with anything the prehab guys put out! I have had nothing but success using their programs and recommending them to others. I plan on investing in their shoulder program next and continuing to improve my body all around. Thank you for all you guys do!

Well balanced training plans with steady incremental difficulty. After a meniscus operation and struggling to recover properly, this training program has taken me from limping to cycling and running once again! Biggest props for the app: one of the best I have ever trained with!

building my bod stronger from the core out…
I'm currently in the process of building my bod stronger from the core out! I've now completed a few of the Prehab Guys routines, Thoracic spine being one of them. This course has give me the knowledge to recognize what my Thoracic Spine actually is and the movements that it's responsible for. I was able to build the strength I needed to help stabilize my core, and reduce tightness in my upper back which I had thought was normal. Cheers for the knowledge Prehab

I injured my wrist tendons
I injured my wrist tendons (carpal tunnel overload ) and I decided to not get any corticosteroid shots and heal it properly. I been following the prehab guys for a while. I have always loved their content ! High quality and easy to follow exercises. So I bought their wrist rehab program and did all the 12weeks by the book. I now have fully recovered and able to do all the movements again. I do CrossFit and I highly recommend not only the rehabilitation but all the mobility and other types of exercises. Their content and programs are extremely well designed.

Just finished the 12 Week Achilles…
Just finished the 12 Week Achilles Rehab Program. I am a few years off a left Achilles full rupture and started this program a few after I had torn my right gastrocnemius muscle. I was committed and diligent about following through to continue to enjoy the activities I love. I noticed immediate results with pain free running and improved strength in both legs. I had one question in the programming and received a quick response.
All I all it was an awesome purchase, easy to use app and I’m faster now than before my most recent injury!
