Bought the stick last feb. tried it out yesterday. First it completely froze the laptop then it stated there was an error. I coulodn`t get the program off the laptop. Contacted photostick support who gave instructipons for a download and told me to wipe the stick before downloading. I did this, and the stick seemed to work. It took 6 hours to copy my photos and videos. However, it also copied duplicates which it wasn`t supposed to do and was was one of the reasons i bought it in the fisrt place. Next day I came to view the saved pics only to find the stick wasn`t working. again. I asked for a refund but was told i could only have a replacement or refund once I retuned the original back to the States for a refund.This I will not do as this as whether or not this stick works it has already been coppying all sorts of information from my computer. I would be have to be mad to trust this company who are selling products that are not fit for purpose in the first place.

I had a problem with delivery of my order that was not in any way the fault of ThePhotoStick but they stayed with the problem until it was solved even though it cost them to see it through. This is why I like dealing with family owned businesses like ThePhotoStick. I’ll be telling my family and friends as well as posting on my social accounts how well I was treated.

On the first step which is international shipment, all the best attention is delivered by the team and including quick personalized answers. You feel to be taken into consideration even for a small purchase of about less than 50 US$!
I will revert further to receiving the USB key and using the product.

I was a bit confused in the "Get Started" menu when I was instructed to "Select root folder of a TPS device" but there was no instruction regarding how to do so.
Thankfully your live chat tech was able to get to my question almost immediately and my problem was solved in just a few minutes.
It would be nice if there were clearer guidence from the setup menu regarding selecting the TPS root folder. But If the device works as well as your support team I will be very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a photostick and it didn't work with my phone, they sent me the correct one completely on trust before asking for the original to be returned. More focused on me being satisfied with the product. This is an American company and they could teach the UK about customer service and aftercare. Definitely recommend.

Avoid, do not buy. Initially the photo stick worked and downloaded photos from my laptop 14,000 plus. Took five hours but the next day I tried to access the photo stick files but it is not letting me access them at all! Money down the drain, my fault should have read the reviews before purchasing 🤦♀️

I had not received the package after receiving an email stating that it had been delivered. I was thinking it was coming by UPS or FED X. After I got another email telling me to check my mailbox I found my order there. Thank you so much for promptly responding to my request and for solving my issue. Have a great day.

I inadvertantly ordered 2 photo sticks instead of one. Rachael was able to correct my mistake and issued a refund. I assume the refund will show up on my credit card within the next few days. I am more than pleased at her prompt attention to this error I made. Thanks Rachael!

The service team listened to my concerns and suggested solutions which I would not have considered. My wife had ordered the product for me so they did not have a record of the purchase with my credentials. When I provided her details the problem was solved in 5 mins. Rachel and her team mates should be recognized and rewarded for providing outstanding customer service. We are very greatful to everyone whom we encountered, and the final resolution to our situation.

I bought the 64GB Photostick 2.0 which arrived yesterday and unfortunately I plugged it into my laptop as requested and pressed go.
I was expecting it to search out the photos on my computer and One Drive, and then load them onto the Photostick USB drive..
This did not happen, instead it searched out over 8,000 photo files and downloaded them onto my laptop from the One drive and in doing so, crashed my laptop.
I had to then pay an IT specialist to help me sort out the mess that was on my explorer file drive.
I would certainly NOT recommend anyone trying to use this.

I didn’t receive my order.
They sent me an e-mail asking my complete address, I answered them but after a month I’m still waiting for it.
Then I wrote them to write me the tracking number to follow the shipment but they never answered.

On n 4/20/22 I inadvertently ordered two photo sticks vs one. I contacted their customer service the following day and they promptly refunded the $53 to my account same day. I haven’t seen that kind of service in along time. Kudos to Photostick!!

I don't have the drive yet, but if they are half as good as their support service, it should be marvelous. I mistyped when I purchased and the support team corrected it by return email within the same minute! This bodes well!

I had a problem loading ThePhotoStick and became very frustrated after watching the video. Eventually I sent an email which ended up with Debby McBride. She couldn't have been more helpful. She put me onto the support section which helped and I finally found the problem (the USB was unusable). Debby and I sent emails to and fro over a couple of days and I am now contented. What a great member of your staff.
