Sadly great concert but the venue just confirms the idea of rip off culture. £4.50 for a bottle of water, they take the lid for no explanation at all with an attitude but it or don't we dont care. No... Zobacz więcej

The O2 Venue app is honestly awful. It locks you out for no reason, constantly thinks you’re a bot, and won’t even let you reset your password when you need to access your tickets. It’s incredibly str... Zobacz więcej

Water bottle policy
They don’t allow water bottle to take in. You have to throw them before go inside the area like in ann airport. And then one can buy for £4 small water bottle. The atrocious thing is they open the top and throw it away giving you the open top water bottle back . And if some one goes in front of your seat people can hit the water bottle or you can drop it going down the stairs. Shame on O2
Sadly we dont have many options in…
Sadly we dont have many options in London , so many artists has to use their arena , but be prepared to be bullied by staff. Been twice this year for two different events and staff especially security is just rude & horrible. They behave like they doing charity to u by allowing u to be there ( ofcourse u bought tickets & want to enjoy ur favourite artists & thts why u are there)
Maybe when you create an event and you…
Maybe when you create an event and you sell tickets you should put in the tickets with entrance you should use? Also no staff to ask info, avoid this place for concerts
a concert of Elvis Presley's
I wish I can put 0 star as 2 people tell my mum off so next time we won't be going any more there no fun no nothing so boring
Ok at the day but worse in night.
Ok but in night it's worse. You get mocked for going here alone without friends. Never go at night.
Madonna 15/10/23 awful experience at the 02 at the 02…
Madonna 15/10/23 awful experience at the 02 first no security checks, considering I was told I needed a letter to bring insulin snacks drinks etc in . We where just waved through as where other People this made us feel uneasy we could of been carrying anything Manchester has no body learnt a thing..Then the food and drink is way overpriced and choice of hotdog or burger £28 for a burger. Then we took our seats block 406 row A. These seats where thrown at me when I tried to book . Not what I would of chose but just wanted tickets and thought for £300 a seat they can't be that bad I was wrong . They where the smallest seats ever no leg room no room to put your coat etc very uncomfortable they had drink holders on the side put our drinks in them they ended up in our laps which made it even more uncomfortable I found out the people next to us only paid £150 a seat so we where definatly ripped of.then the screens that came down during the show blocked our view our tickets didn't say restricted viewing. And then the show was cut short . It was a terrible night left feeling so down I have put a complaint in but i am yet to hear anything back .

The experience was absolutely great and the guide Karl was magnificent.
Would recommend this experience to everyone.
We would have given 5 stars however the so called professional photos for which we paid £25 for two were very disappointing. It wasn't until we got home and downloaded them that we noticed that we were out of focus and could have done better with the iPhone. Would have thought that if you a providing this sort of service you would employ someone who knows what they are doing. For me this was a total rip off so if you do go check them closely before you buy. My friend who also went directly behind us has said the same.
Nice gig, shame about the drinks!
Went to see Muse on Sunday 01st Oct 2023. (Muse were great as always). In fact no problems with seat, sound, staff, queues, toilets, or anything really....apart from the price of drinks. £8.50 for a pint of Bud and £4 for a 500ml bottle of water.
This would have been a 4 or 5 star review otherwise, but charging £4 for a small bottle of water is basically a star destroyer!
Don't know what the answer is really, although on the plus side there wasn't much of a queue for the bar..
Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. Went to see Peter Kay last night who has publicly said he wants to keep ticket prices to a minimum due to the cost of living crisis… shame the O2 haven’t taken a leaf out of his book.
Firstly when going through ‘security’ which was a joke, I noticed they’d confiscated bags of sweets from people. Seriously what harm is a bag of Hariono or chocolate buttons going to do, especially as you can’t buy the same thing inside
Secondly the drinks are daylight robbery. £8.50 a pint, £15.00 for a large glass of wine… come on O2, I have been to numerous festivals and concerts this year and have never been ripped off this badly. We decided to buy a bottle of wine at £38.00 but they supplied a thin plastic bottle without a lid, which could easily be knocked over as it wasn’t sturdy at all. We requested the lid so that we could put it down on the floor by our seats but were refused. Quite frankly I’m disgusted and it will seriously put me off going to another event there. Shame on you O2
Price gouging and greed at every turn. Avoid.
We went to see Hollywood Vampires on 9th July 2023.
The only good thing to say about this place is that the entry procedures were quick and painless.
However entry depends on your downloading the o2 app onto your phone. Undoubtedly they use this as a covert means of tracking your activity. There is no other way of displaying your tickets.
The seats are not comfortable, although it has to be said that our leg room was quite adequate.
The quality of the sound from the band was not a patch on what I've experienced elsewhere. Given that this is one of the most fundamental parts of the experience, it is very disappointing.
Two things really made the whole experience second class. Firstly, you can't even take your own water inside, which in the warm weather we've been experiencing lately is close to criminal in my opinion. On top of that, they charge £3 for a small (500ml) bottle inside, which again is near-criminal price gouging. To add insult to injury, they will only sell you a bottle of water WITHOUT THE LID. Yes, you read that correctly. How on earth they justify this is beyond me. Once again, it's squeezing as much money out of the paying audience as they possibly can.
And finally, even if you have a valid ticket, once you're inside, you can't go out and come back in again for any reason. So you're a captive audience in a very literal sense.
It's just naked greed on every level. I will not be going here again.
Aggressive Bouncers
Awful feeling in O2 - felt like I have been man handle by a bouncer. Been advice that 2 min of video by phone allowed and 10 pictures , prior to that harassed by a member of the floor whether my bag is A4 format
Total disappointment
A Great experience
Last night at Iron Maiden was a wonderful experience at the 02
We had booked our seats back in October. Unfortunately since then my friend that was attending with me has developed some health issues that affect his mobility and he cannot bend one of his legs to to sit in the arena seats. We explained this to customer services and they couldn't do enough to help. They swapped our seats and gave us new ticket for wheel chair accessible area. The staff were polite and friendly and non judgemental about our situation. The view from where we were sitting was great the sound was amazing overall a brilliant night. The one and only issues we had was had the distance from the car park to the arena it's self was not easy when you are struggling to walk. When we spoke to someone about this as we were leaving they explained that we could have booked free transport for that. So we know next time. Overall a very good experience
Profiteering scum.
Profiteering scum.
£27 for a wine and single rum and mixer.
Terrible venue for music and comedy
The Worst Venue I have been in in 50 years of concert going.
Starting at the start:
The car park is a mess and in parts dangerous with bad signage.
The food and drink one is forced to buy is ridiculously overpriced, it literally feels like being robbed.
The upper area seats are horribly small and uncomfortable, I have been more comfortable on cheapo flights.
The PA system is very low quality, loudness bought on the cheap.
Don't go to the O2 with bags... in fact, don't go at all.
At the Hans Zimmer concert on June 14th, the security was not only inadequate, but poorly trained, aggressive and ignorant. The security procedures frustrating and laughably ineffective. Thousands of people were made to queue to have their bags scanned in a line and then told to go back to the end of another mammoth queue, but no proof of scanning was offered to those who had been through the scanning procedure, so that people might as well have just gone straight into the second queue. They didn't check. This caused delays of upward of half and hour. It was pathetic. The staff were poorly trained and didn't know what they were doing, and when challenged, were rude and aggressive. One of them told me to f-off. Thousands missed the start of the Hans Zimmer concert because of their ineptitude. One security oaf near the (full) bag drop, which one had to pay £10 for, threatened me with violence. It was a Wednesday night, and they should have expected people to come straight from work with their bags. The entire queue was fuming. I won't be coming back. I will make it my job to dissuade people from coming to the O2. A pity, because it was a great concert and a great venue – inside.
Freezing cold and a terrible draught!
4th June. It's freezing here and a terrible draught
Food and drink
Great venue but ruined by the astronomical price of food and drink inside the arena £8 for a budwiser and a meal £20
No need and will not be going again which is a shame as great venue
Sadly I cannot give zero stars
Sadly I cannot give zero stars!
After spending a whole day travelling and spending a small fortune of a few hundred pounds, I could have gone to Spain for a week with a better enjoyment!
What an utter disgusting event this show was. No where were there signs about bag sizes, except to be told in the T&C’s. Sorry, who actually reads all that, it’s a show?
If it was that important (as per the T&C’s in bold writing), why was this not put onto any email correspondence or notices leading to the event and what are these robbers charging for a locker (money grab again)?
Surely many people like me would bring a jacket etc in case it became cold and not wishing to carry it around would have a bag of some sorts.
Security was a complete farce, a handful of people were screened, 99% just walked through the main entrance while the police just stood there chatting?
The show was supposed to start at 7:30, why were people still coming in at 8:30?
Micky was funny for the short time he was on, the sound system was awful, why?
Seriously, the whole event was a shambles, disorganised chaos, poor staff attitude, terrible facilities not cleaned. Forcing all out after the short show into narrow passages to exit the building.
Mobile phone were bagged up, yet what do we see, people walking around inside the show area with mobiles, staff there didn’t say a word!
Like others have said, overpriced drinks everywhere. Restaurants had long queues, why did they not have a booking system for that?
I will not recommend the venue to anyone and certainly will not be returning again.
Assaulted by security staff
I visited the O2 arena to watch a concert and was assaulted by a group of the security team.
Whilst finding my seat in the area, I accidentally missed a step and fell over. A member of the security team immediately dragged me out of the arena because the fall had made me a ‘security threat’ to other spectators. Another 5 security team members then felt the need to forcibly carry me through the arena and outside, severely bruising my whole body during the process and at no point did I resist any of this.
Once outside, the security team continued to throw me onto the ground outside, splitting my eyebrow open and leaving me with a permanent scar on my face.
The ejection and the way I was treated was completely unnecessary and brutal. I have emailed the o2 to which their reply was:
I am so sorry if you feel as though you were wrongfully ejected but our security team had concluded that your ejection was appropriate and lawful and so unfortunately, there isn't anything I can do to assist further on this occasion.
Absolute ripoff; never again.
Absolute ripoff. Car park £37, with no other choices available on the day. Sadickheads Ulez £12.50 . O2 Dirty with filthy facilities. Ripoff prices, pint of beer £8.50 and a bag of popcorn £11.00. When the show is over all the doors in the O2 are all closed except the main doors. Takes an eternity to get out and its a dangerous practice especially if there is an emergency/fire. Then if you are trying to get home by tube the queue for the tube is longer than the cast of Ben Hur and Schindlers list.
If you are in the car park good luck getting out, but if the trains are on strike, have engineering works or like ours simply don’t run late you have no choice.
All in all we won’t be going to this Spanish owned overpriced dirty venue again, as its purely designed to rob you of your money. There is absolutely no justification for their prices. The staff should all wear a cape & a mask so you know you will be robbed.
As they say in Spain to the board of Telefonica……vayanse a la mierrda pendejos.
