Sadly great concert but the venue just confirms the idea of rip off culture. £4.50 for a bottle of water, they take the lid for no explanation at all with an attitude but it or don't we dont care. No... Zobacz więcej

The O2 Venue app is honestly awful. It locks you out for no reason, constantly thinks you’re a bot, and won’t even let you reset your password when you need to access your tickets. It’s incredibly str... Zobacz więcej

Genocide supporters. Never go there. Terrible experience seeing how they denied the entry because of free Palestine t-shirts.

Always wanted to go here but they don't support free speech so I'll never go and I'll teach my children to never go and support. ✌️

They support a genocide where toddlers get blown to pieces. They deny your entry if you wear anything pro palestinian and act like its out of political reasons. Its the equivalent of banning someone for wearing a shirt that says “free the jews” during world war 2

PETER KAY O2 ARENA
PETER KAY SUNDAY 2ND JUNE 2024
THE WORST CONCERT / SHOW EXPERIENCE EVER
I would like to point out that this is a review of the venue and not about the show which was excellent.
I have attended so many concerts around the world that I have lost count. However, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE O2 ARENA FOR THE FIRST TIME. IF YOU HAVE BEEN BEFORE, WHY?
1. We travelled to the venue by tube from Central London which was excellent. So I cannot comment on the car parking situation.
AND THEN THE PROBLEMS BEGIN
2. We have O2 priority, so approached the gate (Entrance B), while queuing we attempting to retrieve our tickets (QR code) on our mobile phones.
We tried both the O2 venues wi-fi and mobile data but nothing would work. We asked at the gate and they said that they were having problems and we would have to go back outside to collect our tickets from the box office. Fortunately, we had been forewarned that this often happens, so we had taken a printed copy of our purchase as proof. So, now with tickets in hand we queued again.
3. Once past the ticket check we moved onto THE BAG SEARCH. We were OK but the couple in front of us had two packets of sweets confiscated. Of course you can repurchase them at inflated prices once inside! NOTE - CONCEAL THEM OR LOOSE THEM.
4. Once we had negotiated, check-in, bag search, been through the scanner and had the full strip search, we were asked if we would like to go directly to our seats or visit the O2 Blueroom? We requested the O2 Blueroom as we had downloaded the 20% off drinks discount for Priority Members. "Sorry, Sir, the O2 Blueroom is currently full but there are plenty of bars upstairs" was the reply. WHAT HE FAILED TO MENTION IS THAT THE 20% DISCOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE OTHER BARS!
"Two small bottles of water, please."
"Yes, Sir, that will be £3.00 each and I have to remove the tops"
"That's OK, but can I have the tops so that I do not spill any of this 'liquid gold' on the way to our seats?"
"No, sorry, that is not allowed."
"What? Why?"
"It's the rules!"
5. After carefully negotiating the steep stairs down to the rear of the stalls and managing to keep our 'liquid gold' filled bottles intact we were shown to our seats. We had fantastic seats just to the left of the stage in Block A1 (stalls), so as you can imagine NOT CHEAP! But guess what? Nowhere to store your bottles of 'liquid gold' so you end up either having to drink it or hold it!
6. The show begins, excellent, but do not dare attempt to photograph / record Mr Kay or the 'GESTAPO' patrolling the stall area will intervene and they are not that polite! NOTE - THE NUMBER OF GUARDS ON PATROL INCREASE SIGNIFICANTLY AS THE SHOW REACHES ITS FINALE, SO MUCH SO IT MAKES YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE!
WHY DOES MR KAY VALUE HIS IMAGE RIGHTS SO MUCH THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES?
SUMMARY
I WILL NEVER (REGARDLESS OF WHO IS APPEARING) SEE A SHOW AT THE O2 ARENA AGAIN. TOTAL RIP OFF WITH EXTREMELY RUDE SECURITY STAFF.
The o2 arena was excellent
Saw Peter Kay last night. He was excellent but before going I was worried about the logistics of such a large crowd. Enough toilets and well organised fast moving queues particularly coming back to the tube station. It all felt very safe which is remarkable considering how many people were there. The staff were all very friendly. Will look to see what other events they have!
Ruined my sons 13th Birthday experience…
Ruined my sons 13th Birthday experience at WWE.
Just simply put security staff are over zealous and rude.
Parking is a shambles and when complained staff don't care.
Will never give them my money again.
Dream Theater tickets.
As a disabled person, I need a little help with certain things and quite often I fund myself trying to put a square block in a round hole!
I love Dream Theater and found out last night that tickets for the only UK gig will go on sale this Friday. However, being an O2 customer I was entitled to get tickets before general sale.
I'm not good at buying things online. When I started the process I soon realised that I didn't understand how to get an Accessible ticket so I called the number provided.
I've got to say, Chantelle was very easy to talk to and made the whole process so simple. And to my surprise, shortly after making payment, I received a lovely personal email confirming the documents I sent earlier was acceptable.
Ist class service! Thank YOU!!!
Ruined by vaping
It’s a great venue but why on earth are so many people allowed to vape inside the arena? This is illegal!
Thank you Debbie, at the O2 ticket office
We went to see Young Voices yesterday, 29 January 2024.
I had downloaded AXS and the O2 ticket app, as instructed by the school. I tried to transfer the ticket many times and was very worried as I could not access them. Debbie in the ticket office managed to work out that the school had missed the 'dot' from my email. Debbie printed me paper tickets. Debbie was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much
Horrible
Horrible! First you can't take a back pack inside the arena and they charge you £10 at the bag drop area. Everyone walking with their merch in their hands as you have no where to put it ofcourse. Really unfair treatment and horrible horrible security and staff ! EXTREMELY rude and don't even bother to listen to you. Staff really goes by who they like and rules aren't for everyone just for who they want only. Never again i will step in the O2 arena ever again ! Not to mention that 1 beer is £8.95, what a joke !
Really helpful and kind!
I wanted to give a special shoutout to Shola from the accessible ticket phone line, she was absolutely brilliant in helping me find the right tickets for me, and even sent a follow up email afterwards with more information about the help I can recieve at the venue for when we visit.
Thankyou shola!
No pre-book car park spaces
Tried to book car parking 2 days before an event (after being stung for £40 on my last visit) to find there are no spaces. 'Sorry this car park is full' it says when I try on the website. But of course when I turn up on Saturday, I'm sure there will be plenty of £40 spaces as usual.
The O2 website explains that car parking is priced high to stop people driving to the arena. Clearly if the car park is full, that policy isn't working!
The venue used to be just about ok, but now the arena feels run down, over priced, poor value, and generally not a pleasant experience. I think this will be my final visit.
Very cramped!
Went to see Madness at the O2 who were absolutely brilliant and were supported by the Lightening Seeds who were also brilliant. It was quite loud but we were high up so sounded ok for us. Drinks and snacks once your inside are extortionate. £4 for a bottle of water where they remove the lid (supposedly so you can't throw it) Best to eat and drink in the many restaurants around the dome before you go in. If you suffer from vertigo, level 4 is very high and the seating is very steep. The seats are very small and if you are even a slightly larger build, it's very uncomfortable. Using the armrests is impossible. Fantastic atmosphere though.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Someone moved my tickets two. Locks back. You blamed Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster blamed the O2. I won’t ever come back. Worst concert experience in my life
Will never visit again
Will never visit again. Sound was so loud we left early. Poor little girl in front of us was holding her ears. Its too loud guys! How can tou work there and know you are damaging the ears of everyone who enters! Shame on you
We left early. Will not return
Poor accoustics
The sound quality is dreadfully inadequate I don't know what it's like seating but if you see queens of the stoneage you stand but you expect to hear the words not just noise, surely a mixxing deck and maybe a soundcheck is done before hand maybe not anymore.
-Poor sound
-Too many people and the little men going u must be behind the lines, get a life.
Nobody checked my bag I could have had…
Nobody checked my bag I could have had a gum in it .drinks were so expensive 15 pound for a glass of wine really 4 pound for some water why can't you take water in with you for goodness sake it's bloody water haeser was disappointing
