Sev at the Eastwood branch
Sev at the Eastwood branch was really helpful today. He assisted us in closing one bank and opening a new one with better rates. He also helped us get out a hard spot with regards to deposit limits and was very nice and welcoming!

the staff are the people who make the nottingham building society great, they listen to their customers first and foremost, and always manage to make us feel relevent to every day decisions the NBS make.
This is quite unusual normally in the finance world, just look how the banking sector are killing themselves by shutting down branches.
