I've really enjoyed Kate's online classes - by far the most clearly explained and engaging pilates I've taken part in, which has really helped me to improve my form and get the most out of the exercises. The full body session targeted all areas really effectively and 30 mins flew by! 🙌🏻

A wonderful pilates teacher. The balance and flow of the whole class from start to finish was just perfect. Explanations on the poses and form were really clear. And very warm and welcoming too. I loved the amount of variations offered so that everyone could work at their own level.

I had a great experience in my first Pilates class. Kate was clear, engaging and the session was the perfect difficulty level in that I was able to do it but I also felt the burn 🔥 Would 100% recommend the Monday Coach.

She explained each move so clearly, offered great tips for form, and made everyone feel welcome and supported. The atmosphere was so positive and uplifting, and doing Pilates outdoors made it even more refreshing. I left feeling stronger, more relaxed, and already looking forward to the next class!

Kate's classes are excellent. She has such a beautiful and encouraging way of leading and guiding classes; both the mindset pilates and general pilates. The classes are challenging, and my body always feels like it has worked, feels stronger and also that so much space has been created. I would highly recommend any sessions with her!

Excellent pilates class! Kate is brilliant and I love that she includes modifications for different abilities or extra little challenges for if you feel up for pushing yourself! She is always conscious of any injuries people might have and works with these in mind, always encouraging you to listen to your body. Kate’s classes have a lovely flow to them - I would definitely recommend them!
