Really enjoying Lucy’s circuits-with-weights class, followed by Pilates class at Lytchett. It’s a great combination, the group is friendly and Lucy is very good at offering options for all abilities so everyone can progress at their own pace.

Lucy's Thursday morning keep fit class is very enjoyable. Her varied classes allow for all levels of fitness and adapting for anyone who needs help. She plays music with good beats to to encourage rhythmic movement which keeps us going. Every week is different from circuits to aerobics. Very friendly atmosphere with smiles and laughter. Helps us oldies feel a bit younger!
Great classes
Every class brings something new and different. Lucy is great at keeping you engaged and always gives options to stretch you whatever your ability. I look forward to her classes and always feel good at the end. Lucy is a very good instructor.

Lucy is a superb instructor and is able to teach to a range of ages and abilities. She is very welcoming and the classes are relaxed and friendly. She always offers alternative options during the class to enable you to work at your own level.
Peaceful Pilates
I was introduced to Pilates by a physio a few years ago after suffering with back pain. I attended weekly sessions until 2021 when I received a cancer diagnosis. In 2025 I was able to start exercising more again and saw Lucy’s advert. I am a keen runner too, I contacted Lucy and she invited me to attend a session with no obligation. I’ve grown in confidence and look forward to Wednesday evenings. Lucy’s teaching style is calm, organised and each participant is encouraged to complete the exercises within their individual ability, no pressure! I love the music too. Thank you Lucy for your hard work and dedication

Even though there is a wide range of abilities in the class, Lucy is able to give everyone exercise to push themselves and get the most out of the hour. I really enjoy the classes and they are definitely helping with movement and flexibility. I highly recommend Lucy as an instructor!
Good all round experience

Lucy offers different levels of difficulty to many of the moves and classes are varied sometimes using equipment. I always feel much better at the end of the class, stretched and relaxed!

A great class, with alternative exercises according to your level of fitness. Having not been to a class for 5 years, Lucy is easing me in nicely, but I know I will be able to push myself more as I improve. A nice range of exercises is covered, and I’m enjoying Lucy’s classes

Lucy has a varied repertoire of Pilates exercises to offer. She is careful to explain how to breathe properly to make the most of the exercises and how the tiniest adjustments make them more effective.
Her classes are well paced and calm. She spends time with you if you need help or advice.
Honestly, one of the best pilates teachers whose classes I have attended.
Great Pilates
Having completed nearly 12 months of pilates classes with Lucy, I have found her to be a great instructor. Our class consists of men and women, young and old with varying degrees of experience and abilities, yet she links together exercises with different options to suit all, with plenty of encouragement and humour. It is a very pleasant way to spend an hour of an evening, and I really feel much fitter and stronger for it as well!
I thoroughly recommend that you give it a try, no matter who you are or what your ability is.

I've been having Pilates classes with Lucy for a year now and she is the best teacher I have had so far, covers everything you need to know in a very uncomplicated and easy to understand manner, focusing not just on the movements but the breathing and internal muscle movements also. Thoroughly recommend.

Lucy’s classes are really enjoyable. Her instructions are always clear and the pace of the classes is just right. She alternates more challenging exercises with lesser ones. The hour goes very quickly and I really feel it does me good.

Lucy is a great Pilates instructor. Her classes are very enjoyable, sometimes challenging but always beneficial whilst focusing on the core requirements of flexibility and breathing control. Being a male of a certain age the ability to remain supple and achieve a positive outcome at the end of each class is always a goal and will continue to attend her classes whilst I am able to do so.

Lucy is a wonderful tutor! Her classes are well structured for all levels and abilities, they are fun and have made a dramatic impact on my health and fitness. Lucy has a sunshine personality bringing a relaxed atmosphere and clearly demonstrates knowledge, experience and commitment to supporting her students. All equipment is supplied, apart from your own yoga mat. I cannot recommend Lucy highly enough.
