From start to finish the Scouty Team were very helpful, we sourced a great location and they were on hand to answer any queries. Would recommend.

I was under the impression this was a simple and easy service to use but I was wrong.

I booked a camera rental and paid for insurance upfront for an important event to then be hit with a reply 12 hours before the pickup time asking for a reference from a production company otherwise I’d have to pay a £3500 deposit. Upon trying my best to find a reference which I did I was then told they could not rent to me. Now I’ve lost the £70 I paid for the insurance and also left without a camera that I needed for an important event.

I advise everybody to look elsewhere as this company has completely wasted my time, money and also left me without the correct equipment I needed for a job.
