Tourfic plugin with Woocommerce
I have installed Tourfic plugin with Woocommerce by youtube chanel, its works!! I now have my own Travel Agency website. The pro version was the cheapest in the market only 75 usd for starters. The support tram also very helpful. Kudos to Joynal Abedin ane his team.

Tourfic is a great plugin, and tourfic's team will always take care of their clients.
I had a few issues, but they walk me troughs the correct process and had a lot of patience with me.

The support is very good
The support is very good. The best. As for the plugin and its addons (I use the pro version), they are fabulous. Little by little they are adding new features. They also improve the existing ones. I requested improvements in an addon and they did. Great development

Basic fucntions are fine, but support is horrible
On a fundamental level, it is good.
The plugin is good if you are ok with a fixed UI look that does not flow with the rest of your site. it is not very customizable, at most font changes and such.
I faced an issue;
We have 5 tours, 2 of which require custom dates (e.g. 31st Jul@3am, 2nd Aug/2pm, etc) and 3 there are recurring (e.g. Mon, Wed, Fri).
For the former 3, the free version will suffice. but for the 2 which need custom dates you need to get the paid version. which I did.
And after setting it up, it did not work. Hence, I tried to get customer support to fix this issue. WHICH IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! their only concern is to close the issue you have raised, even without fixing it. responses are prolonged and their support is not very good.
if you are ok with the basic features, it is fine, but customization is horrible.
Also, the backend booking details view is not dynamic, u are not able to filter or anything. and when u export, it comes out as code, which is not usable...
the bad out weighs the good, and overall unpleasant experience. Would I recommend this? - big NO.
P.S. I'm still tossing around with their so-called support staff over email (asked for a zoom call as it was such a hassle, but was declined)

1. "Customizability" is indeed a broad term and interpretations can vary among users. We have made every effort to provide extensive customization options, yet we understand that our current settings may not have met all your specific requirements. Rest assured, we are constantly working towards improving this aspect with each product update.
2. As for the custom date issue, it was resolved on your staging site and we were planning to replicate the same solution on your live site once we received your approval.
3. We admit that the size of our team sometimes limits our capacity to provide immediate support. With fluctuating daily ticket volumes, support response times may vary. We regret any miscommunications that occurred and especially any instance where a support ticket may have been closed prematurely. Please accept our sincerest apologies for these oversights.
4. Regarding backend functionalities, we continually strive to enhance these as well. We maintain a live backend demo on our website so potential users can evaluate whether these features meet their requirements. We hope you were able to assess these before your purchase. As you may understand, our plugin is relatively new, at just one and a half years old, and while we strive for perfection, we understand that there are areas for improvement.
5. Due to our resources, we have clarified in our "Support Policy" that we cannot offer one-on-one video call sessions. This was part of the agreement before the purchase of our plugin.
We hope that these explanations address your concerns, and we deeply apologize for any inconveniences. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.

Well worth the money, Support are amazing

Great tour plugin with awesome support team
There are not many tour plugins available in the market which provide so many customization options as tourfic.

BEAF - Ultimate Before After Pro Version Conflict
The BEAF - Ultimate Before After Image Slider & Gallery works with the free version using the Enfold theme. The pro version conflicted the website and caused major issues. I found the customer service to be very unhelpful, there was no resolve and no refund on their product. Disappointing experience, would not purchase any of their plugins again.

I don't care about the refund, its the principle. I would expect a refund on the basis that your product does not work, or is incompatible with a particular theme, regardless of the expiry date. I had to contact the developer of Enfold to find out if there was an issue who identified it to be your plugin. Thankfully it was only the pro version which affected the theme, or I would have been faced with redeveloping several pages across my website.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced due to our delayed response. I checked your ticket and you have raised the concern back in January. However, you did not asked us to resolve the issue rather you asked a refund directly.
We would like to share that, you bought the product on "July 8, 2022" and requested the refund in January 30 2023 which is almost 6 months after the purchase date. Our official refund policy was within 30 days of purchase. That's why we were unable to process any refund. However, our support did offered you to provide a solution but since then we never got any reply from you.
We always try to provide support to our users the best way possible and we would be more than happy to assist you with the issues you may have encountered while using our plugin. If you are still interested in a refund, please let us know and we will process it (even though it violates our refund policy).
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. We would be grateful if you could consider revising your review after we have resolved your concerns. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything in our power to make sure your experience with our product is a positive one.

Good support
Had a problem with my plugin BEAF Pro, support responded very quickly and took care of my problem - after it was obviously a little more complex it took a little longer but now everything is running fine again. I thank the support and can only recommend Themefic.

Excellent support. Unfortunately I had to return the plugin because it had a bug and due to time issues I had to buy another similar plugin. But the bug has been resolved (I tested it myself, but I had already solved it with other things) and at the next occurrence I'll definitely come back to buy the CF7 bundle again, because it's done very well.
