Delivery was on time but i had to pay taxes.

The support is nice, fast responses. They were in touch with me thru whatsapp during the whole time. All the products looked exactly like the pictures - 10/10 satisfaction with the product. Everything that was listed as included, came. The packaging was good, the product came safely. No issues with the delivery - fast shipping, came exactly at the promised delivery date. The customs duties are a bit high tho - for 92€ shoes I paid 40€ duties which is a bit crazy. And for the next pair on 200€ shoes i was charged 67€ customs taxes. Would be nice if they do something about that in the future.

Imagine you bid and spend time and energy to get an approval from the seller. The price then becomes available for everyone to buy!! What a terrible and idiotic policy.
I placed a bid on an item, and it was approved at 4 AM my time; by the time I woke up and checked, it was already sold to someone else at my price! Never selling nor buying from this website again!!

Following my review, I received a call from Harsh, an LC Customer Service representative, who was very attentive and took the time to listen to my proposal on improving the way individual offers are presented on the website. He informed me that my feedback would be escalated to management, and promised to get back to me within 24 hours — which he did.

I truly appreciate this gesture. It shows that this business genuinely cares about its customers, and the overall customer experience. For that reason, I am giving them a higher rating.

The product was perfect and delivered quickly. However I was disappointed that I had to pay $80 for import fees to DHL

The item was like new as per description. Record time on delivery.

My experience with this company has been one of the most stressful and disappointing customer experiences I’ve had in Dubai.

I entrusted them with one of my designer items, expecting professional handling and transparency. Instead, I spent the last 3 months dealing with delays, poor communication, missing item accessories, and repeated follow ups just to recover my item in the condition it was originally delivered.

After multiple failed attempts to resolve the situation fairly, I felt pressured to accept approximately 50% of the item’s value simply because I was exhausted from dealing with the ongoing issues and wanted to bring this matter to an end.

I was then told that my payout would be processed on Wednesday. Wednesday passed, then Thursday, and no payment was received. I later received a call saying there were “system issues” with processing the payment. By Friday, I had to follow up again myself because the funds still had not reached my account.

During one phone conversation, I was told that if I removed my Google review, my payout could be increased. I found that deeply concerning and inappropriate.

When I requested proof of payment, I was sent what appeared to be payment details or a payment instruction, not actual confirmation that the funds had been released or received in my bank account.

My experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope the company seriously improves how it handles client property, communication, and payment transparency.

I’m been selling with this company for many years. This company is totally scam they don’t know how to tell the authenticity. They rejected same items one time and approved them next time. There is no Standard Operating Procedure. Only depends on the quality conctroller’s mood. And customer service is slight over this matter again and again. No one really care if they are selling the authentic items or not.

The bag is everything I dreamed of and I feel like I got an incredible deal. It arrived in great condition with its original strap and dust bag, and I also received the certificate of authenticity, which gave me extra peace of mind.

One thing I would note for other buyers is to be mindful of international customs fees and tariffs, as they can be unexpectedly high and significantly affect the final cost depending on your location.

That said, the team ultimately came through and handled everything professionally, which I truly appreciate.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the experience. Whenever I’m looking for a new bag, I will definitely shop this store again.
