I received my toddler son’s bed today, I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the delivery drivers. They called the night before to confirm the time of arrival and arrived promptly today. They handled the bed with care and it was assembled so quickly and without any fuss. They also ensured that they didn’t bring any dirt in from outside and with living on a new build site it’s virtually impossible.

I was really impressed with their service and of course the quality of the bed so thank you again ☺️

I received delivery of my bed on Wednesday and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

I will say that everything from ordering, customer service, delivery and installation went seamlessly and I'm so thrilled to have this bed in my master suite!

I'm a Scot living in California and I've hunted high a low for a bed like this, especially a bed with storage underneath. I have a memory foam mattress which needs a solid base to sit on and the options here are so limited it's mind blowing!!! Usually you need to box base, a metal frame and a bed skirt/valance (gross) and spend your life stubbing your toe on the metal frame!! For a country so advanced you would think they would have come up with other options by now!!!! So when I saw you delivered to the states I was like "yes please, I'll have one of those" 🙋🏻‍♀️ I showed my interior design friend the bed yesterday and she was so shocked at the quality and the price!!! She says that I should join your company and start selling the beds in the USA (I used to be in sales so when I showed her the bed it was a total sales pitch haha)

Anyway im sure you can tell that I'm a delighted customer, if you ever open a show room in Southern California I'm your girl!! (Joking but sort of not joking?!)

Easy to order and when I had a question someone came back to me and were very helpful. Looking forward to getting my new bed & Mattress

I've not even had my bed delivered yet but I have absolutely no doubt the service will be continued. I've dealt with a few people via email and telephone and everytime the service has been perfect. You feel that they have the time for you, that they want to help and make you feel important as their customer. I don't actually know if it's a family or friend ran business but whatever they are they are working well together and smashing it. I honestly could speak highly enough. If this review stays you know the delivery and bed were perfect too 👌 thanks guys you really have helped what is a stressful time in my life be easier.

We found this company on Instagram as I was just starting the planning process for our bedroom renovation last fall.

The process to order was seamless, as well as communication back and forth to verify my choices and ask questions. We are in the US and I completely understand growing pains, such as delivery/shipping delays out of the company’s control. Delivery took a bit longer than I would like but it was completely worth it as the bed was delivered and assembled today. It’s absolutely beautiful and very well made.

Joe and Callum answered my emails promptly each time I asked for an update. The delivery team was very professional and thorough. They assembled the bed in about 30 minutes and were very efficient and cleaned up all the packaging.

We are very excited to be sleeping on a bed tonight and we will definitely make purchases with this company again in the future. Thank you to the whole team!

Excellent service and excellent delivery. Really friendly guys who helped take the bed up some tricky stairs and put together nicely in my daughters room. Will be purchasing again for my room very soon!

Amazing company.
We had been saving for a while for a new bed and Megan was really helpful when we were planning what materials to buy and provided images of our ideas which were not on Instagram.
The order process was very clear and great communication regarding requirements to ensure no hiccups on delivery.
Delivery was incredibly efficient too - an accurate delivery time provided the day before and it was constructed within 30 minutes, with a demonstration given on how to use the gaslift storage. Megan even kindly sent us instructions on how to assemble and de-assemble the bed in case we move house in the near future.
We are very impressed with how sturdy and good quality the bed is too! No complaints and would definitely recommend to friends

Iv been having problems with payment on the online order form . Called twice and spoke to Cameron who guided me through the process. So far so good , waiting on delivery now

The bed was delivered within the time slot they gave me and was put together so quickly! The quality of the bed is PERFECT, even better in real life and definitely worth the wait! Looking forward to having the best sleep!!

Amazing customer service, 100% recommend

I saw this company on Instagram like most people in the US and decided to give it a chance, so I ordered a bed back in September 2023. Because it is a custom bed and it strictly says it takes 8-10 weeks, I expected it to be a while before it was delivered. The issue with this company and my bad experience is the delivery and quality assurance. The US delivery process, needs work. My bed came with missing parts and wasn't able to be assembled, I called the company and they assured me that the parts were there, fast forward to second delivery attempt and the bed still has missing parts and not able to be assembled. This is not only disappointing but very disheartening, that after waiting for all this time and spending all this money on a bed, its been a week dealing with this and going on 2, and I still do not have a bed and at this point and most importantly NOTHING to sleep on just pieces of a bed that cant be assembled due to missing parts. This is a very expensive lesson learned. And I hope this is rectified soon before I have to take other measures like trying to get my money back. Overall, the company needs to do better with their quality assurance and making sure everything is in tact before delivery. I know they just started shipping to the US and I should have waited a while before I decided to order something, because they clearly do not have everything in order, at least in the US they dont. I hope that someone contacts me to fix this issue and I am able to update this review with something positive.

Received our bed and mattress from The Luxury Bed Company and I am so pleased. The bed and mattress combo is like a dream! Our bedroom now feels like a hotel, it is so luxurious. The customer service is fabulous and the team couldn’t have been more helpful.

Can’t beat the luxury bed company! I’ve just ordered my 5th bed from them. The quality is outstanding and their customer service is second to none! 100% recommend.
