This company is so helpful and accommodating. I ordered a bespoke sized bed (200cm x 200cm) and the process for getting this sorted was easy. Staff responded to calls and emails promptly. The bed fits perfectly and is of really quality. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

Horrible customer service. Very dismissive lack of consideration. I ordered a bed and a bench for the bed. In September 2023 I paid 3800 which is extremely expensive. Here it Is January 2024 I have not received the bed I keep asking via email what is the status of the order when will it arrive. They replied said why do I need to know ? I just got a contact number literally 1/8/24 I call the male was so condescending not even close to empathetic I explained I have been sleeping on the floor two months ago I was told it was in customs you have to be able to provide a tracking by now. Now it’s they can’t help me until I take the order out of dispute meaning pay the the money I disputed with the bank. Why should I have to do that if the bed is in route and you should have a tracking. I said provide a tracking and I will do that. They said no they can’t. The moral of the story is this company of it’s even a company does not care about the consumer at all. It’s giving let’s scam Americans. Please don’t be stupid like me

This is my 3rd bed iv bought from The luxury bed company and we have two more rooms to fill! I couldn’t go anywhere else now ! Professional polite with the best beds and the most amazing mattresses!

Fantastic experience from start to finish.

I’ve been wanting to get my new bed here for quite some time. The delivery guys were fantastic and super fast - they assembled the bed and took all the rubbish away with them, and the quality of my bed is amazing. I got the king size Hugo bed in cream velvet with the Cloud 3000 mattress and I absolutely love it. We even got the bed sooner than expected because of a cancellation, so I received it at the beginning of December instead of mid January. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, amazing service!!

I've honestly never had a better experience with a company in my life! I never give reviews, especially before even getting the item I've ordered but its been such a great experience I had to share.

From the very first (of many) emails with Joe he's just been so helpful and lovely. He's been so patient answering aaaall of my many queries quickly and he really went above and beyond to help me get the bed I've been dreaming of when I was having postcode delivery issues (that I really should have anticipated myself ahead of time). Brilliant company, excellent team and I cannot wait to get my gorgeous new bed :) :) :)

I have been back and forth on messages as there were so many beautiful beds to choose from and was unsure which fabric and colour to go for but eventually I made my decision and purchased my new bed along with various swatches. thanks so much for your help Megan you have been so patient and your advice has been spot on 😊

Luxury beds with a luxury customer service!!
We purchased our master bedroom bed from this company 4 years ago and I remember clearly that I had so many questions prior to buying; I reached out via instagram and the team responded very quickly and were very attentive. The bed itself is beautiful, strong and sturdy. Still absolutely perfect 4yrs on! The under bed storage is also so useful!
I messaged very recently to ask about a day bed I was interested in and again; the response time was super quick and my questions answered thoroughly. I highly recommend this company for the brilliant service and quality of the products!

I purchased the kingsize lily bed with under bed storage, it is absolutely beautiful, so luxurious. I opted for the celebration 1000 mattress which is the comfiest bed I’ve ever had. I bought 3 additional mattresses of the same and cannot recommend enough. The staff I dealt with went above and beyond to meet my usual last minute style. Would use again!

Recieved my bed couple days ago the two men that fitted the bed were very friendly. The bed fitted perfect in my room it’s absolutely stunning love the how the headboard touches the ceiling its beautiful fabric and the mattress was fab quality too very comfortable bed would highly recommend this company xx
