Great!
I bought a backpack and a cute bottle, everything has a great quality. Shipping took about 2 to 3 weeks, which I had already assumed, so it was no big deal. I am in love with the products and definetly going to buy from here again!

Hi Nicole,
I have checked all our messages, inbox's and chats for your emails but I can not see any attempt of getting in contact with us. If the charger is not working for you it could be that it is not strong enough for the device that you are using it with or not being used correctly. If it is indeed broken we will happily refund you provided we are given video evidence that is easy to upload via our chat button on the website. Please get in touch so we can help you further. Thanks, Emmie.
Good service
