Sent day two samples off last Sunday they’ve still not made it to the lab. We’re still not allowed out, the whole exercise was always an expensive waste of time and money, now it seems it’s a complete waste of time and money as it’s very likely the ten days will be up before we get a result.

I have checked your royal mail tracking number and can see this was delivered to our lab this morning, the tracked 24 service is intended for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Since this was coming from Wales this has taken longer, the lab have marked this in and you should receive results this evening.

I've used health hub twice now for tests when travelling abroad and have had no issues . I've contacted the customer service a few times with questions via online chat and everytime they have been helpful.

Thanks for your reply Jade. As I have told your team until I was blue in the face, I received no card with links or reference numbers for my tests. All that was in the package were two lat flow tests and piece of paper with my order number on it. So to say there were ref numbers etc is untrue in this case.Also, when my staff take a well deserved rest, I let clients know rather than leaving them hanging on the phone for hours. I eventually got contact with an on line chat on Saturday morning after sending a message on Friday evening. That’s a 12 hour wait! Sadly the person who I was chatting to was unable to help me. I have blocked the CC payment as I feel I have been conned.

False advertising
Extremely disappointed in the service. Ordered two fit to fly tests, on a next day delivery, for delivery today, the 17th December. What they neglected to advise is that any orders after 3pm will be shipped the next day. Still let you pick the next day delivery though, even though it’s not possible. By the time the tests arrive, it’ll be too late. Poor service!
As expected, a template response, neglecting to take on board the points raised, putting the blame on the customer, rather than accept responsibility. It’s not at all clear during the ordering process. It clearly states next day delivery as standard. Nothing else.

We make it very clear on our website that all orders placed mon-fri before 3pm will be delivered next day, please make sure you check our website and delivery FAQs to avoid disappointment in the future.
"– Kits dispatched the day before your arrival if ordered before 3pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
– Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday
– DPD delivery 7 days a week
– DX delivery Monday-Saturday"
