Hand sanitizer with Aloe Vera like slime and doesn’t soak in.
Bought three litre bottles of Hand sanitizer with Aoe Vera. Virtually unusable and nothing like the original one. It’s like slime and it seems it has been discontinued. Sent a message to Go2 no reply sent a message to Superdrug and said I need to get in touch with Go2. I now find out that it does not kill Coronor virus. So their bothered about one star and I could be dead. Well that’s a caring company for you. I removed trading standards straight away sadly you did not check that before making comment. Also a bottle of ketchup is 0.99p I bought 3ltrs of slime at a cost of £23.79 that I thought had been just updated to be more gentle. Your reply shows you for what you are as a company and as a person and all this could have been avoided if your company had replied to via your companies official method of contact. I could have caught Covid through a genuine mistake that others could do also. Superdrug did not mention anything other than to contact your company. You will be glad to know I have ordered more product of Go2’s that is correct for my purpose. On a serious note. I really think that the packaging looks too similar. If you bought it off the shelf it would extremely easy to get it mixed up and that potentially puts lives at risk.

Hello. You purchased the alcohol free hand sanitiser from Superdrug, which has a completely different feel to it. It is design to almost lay as a protective film on your hands, lasting longer. The one you previously experienced is the hand gel with alcohol which dries quickly and has a completely different feel. They are two completely different products. It is unfortunate that you have given a one star review based on you believing that you were using the same alcohol based product. I hope that this has helped clarify. One states ALCOHOL FREE, which is what has a thicker consistency and one is ALCOHOL, which dries and absorbs quickly. Superdrug should have obviously explained this to you when contacting them.
UPDATE 1
There are no claims on the packaging or in any marketing that it kills COVID-19 or any enveloped viruses like coronavirus. It has an EN1276 certification and claim, which also clearly states that it kills 99.999% of bacteria, not virus. However, the alcohol version contains 70% alcohol which is has been stated by the medical bodies in the UK to kill enveloped viruses like coronavirus.
It is unfortunate that you purchased one product, thinking it was another and also a real shame that you gave our brand a 1 star review due to this, especially as the products which we sell to retailers do exactly what they are designed to do, as well as live up to all claims made by the brand.

It’s like picking up Ketchup and then complaining that it doesn’t taste like HP, and then threaten Heinz with trading standards because you came home with the wrong product 🤦♀️ (the threat you subsequently deleted). Two different products! (as explained extensively)

Very valid last point. The alcohol free hand gel is only stocked by Superdrug on their request. No other retailer stocks this item. The packaging is similar to the alcohol hand gel, so yes, it is important to read the labels when at Superdrug. Thank you agajn.

I love this new take on Aromatherapy
I love this new take on Aromatherapy, blends of oils in a handy little inhaler, which can slip into a pocket and be used when needed. I have tried the sleep, calm and energy blends, and they are a wonderful way to get the benefits with least effort.

B Calm stick does what it says
I tried the B Calm stick and it really works. It has a very calming effect and I've even taken to "sniffing it" when I go to bed to help me relax and get off to sleep. Great size and easy to keep in your pocket.
