Great app to make money

I recently had an issue with a missing item from my GO2 order, and initially, I suspected it might have been lost or stolen. After reaching out to them, Marc from customer service was very responsive and ensured a replacement was promptly shipped to me with an apology. While I encountered a snag initially, the quick response and resolution were appreciated. My experience with their products has been mostly positive, though communication could improve slightly based on others’ experiences. Overall, a decent shopping experience.

I had an issue where my item was missing from the parcel when it arrived, I'm presuming it was probably stolen or lost somewhere along its journey, I originally thought I'd been scammed but now realise i was totally wrong and just unlucky.
I contacted The Go2 Brand through the contact details on trust pilot and got an immediate reply, Marc couldn't have been more friendly and went out of his way to make things right.

The item was shipped out again to me rapidly, with an apology, I can't fault the company and I'm very happy with the products I received.

I'll definitely be buying from them again, and highly recommend, great service and great items, highly recommended 👍

Hi, first time using your company, recommend by a friend, I bought the curb it stick, i received an envelope in the normal post with only a packing slip inside, the envelope looked liked it had been opened. My friend seems to think she previously had hers delivered in padded packaging and not just a thin envelope? I’ve sent an email via your website but had no reply.
Please advise, thanks

Excellent company! Delivery is always fast and the sleep product in particular is terrific.

I have still not received the products I ordered. Very disappointed!!!

Never received the product as they don't ship to Ireland but they did refund me very quickly.

My parcel still hasn’t arrived, and I had to pay Royal Mail £3.50 for delivery as it hadn’t been sorted your side even though I’d already paid delivery charge when ordering

A problem with delivery which in the end was nothing to do with company but immediatly were of assistance and so helpful .l definitely would recommend company to friends

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to contact customer services to check my order had gone through as I didn't receive a confirmation email.

I only use aromatherapy (essential) oils and wasn’t sure if I’d like these… but no, they are lovely and I no longer need to take sticky glass bottles out with me for sneaky sniffs!
