Hand gel
Bought 70% alcohol hand gel with tea tree from Superdrug. Really liked it so bought 1000ml. This run out so I bought 2 more 1000ml to find that it was really sticky and slimy texture. Compared the bottles and the ones I bought were alcohol free and included aloe. They are awful. £20 and 2 litres of hand gel wasted! Tried to get in touch via the contact form on their website but no response. Superdrug no longer sell the 70% alcohol one to exchange and out of stock on their website so I guess discontinued.

Hi. These are two different products which Superdrug stock. One is Alcohol Free and one contains Alcohol. They have a completely different consistency, the Alcohol Free one more gel like. As you purchased the product from Superdrug you can return it to the retailer you purchased it from. We would love to help, but in same way as if you picked up a conditioner from Superdrug, instead of a Shampoo, it is not reflective of the brand. It is possible that the retailer need to have clearer in the store communication, but the Alcohol Free Hand Gel is formulated to lay as a barrier on hand, which takes longer to dry, vs the Alcohol which quickly absorbs and kills bacteria, but doesn't act as a barrier. Hope that helps.
Out of date
Ordered the pack of 4 and they were all put of date. Looking through amazon I found similar stories. Be aware please check dates on inhalers. No one has been responding to these reviews on amazon to clarify this.

Hello. They are not out of date, what you are seeing is the batch code, not the use by date. As this has caused confusion all new stock going on will have the words BATCH CODE next to the numbers. Your sticks are good for 12 months on shelf and 3 months after opening, so well within date.

I ordered the value pack (4 Inhaler Sticks) and they arrived very quickly after ordering. I'm using the Energy and Focus inhalers whilst my Wife is using the Calm and Sleep inhalers. So far so good. The scents are very pleasant and I can feel my inhalers go to work almost immediately. My wife is also finding hers very useful especially the Calm inhaler which she keeps to hand whilst at work which is a very stressful environment.
