Great products great delivery good price. What more can you ask for?

I know there have been some very negative reviews, but I used this company and they were absolutely fine. The communication is sometimes slow, and I had to wait a bit for the glasses - this meant I gave 4 stars. Overall, great glasses at a fantastic price.

Glasses were designer and at a fabulous price .

They didn't have 4 of my chosen frames as they were either discontinued or out of stock.. this then became an issue as you can not phone any one to discuss your order change as it is all done by email and people were very slow to respond and let you know what was happening with your order..they may struggle to get my next order because of the lack of contact.

Bit slow but did what it said on the tin

Frames great prescription lenses bad. Sent my prescription and followed glasses company instructions for PD measurement. However unable to see with new lenses. Returned for glasses to be checked and basically told they were correct to measurements given. I already have 2 pairs made from same prescription! Buy the frames from glasses company however my advice would be go to local opticians as if they arrive not correct you are losing lenses cost. Wish I had just stayed with local opticians lesson learned.

Placed order with this company.
Did not receive confirmation of my order but payment was taken.
Order was placed in October - now late November and the order has not been fully fulfilled.
Have had to chase them and send numerous emails

I was super worried when I didn’t receive a confirmation email or dispatch email
But I’m over the moon with my glasses.
They arrived quickly and 1/3 of the price of boots.
The only issue was communication which could be worked on but other than that I’m happy! I’ll defo buy again :)

The lenses did not have the field of vision that I expected

Awful service. I sent the prescription I had gotten from my optician, the glasses came and it was like looking down a tunnel with everything but directly ahead being blurry and disorienting. I have had other glasses made to the same prescription and they are perfect. These are only for reading and PC work.
After complaining, we went through a charade of me sending pictures of myself with a ruler attached to my head, then once that didn’t pass muster, we got into how the prescription (the same prescription remember that was followed perfectly well by other opticians) being incomplete. Absolute robbers in my opinion. My fault I suppose for trying to economize and use independent businesses instead of multinationals.
After reading some of the other review, it seems I am not alone in having incorrect lenses made and receiving a refusal to stand by their work.
Once bitten…… avoid if you can.
