Great prices, great quality, good customer comms, will definitely use again.

This was the first time ordering from The Glasses Company. I was really impressed at the quick turnaround process of my new glasses. The whole ordering system was very easy and the prices were so much cheaper than the likes of Boots and vision express. I would highly recommend and will be ordering again in the future.

A great company, about 30% of the high street prices and absolutely no downsides. Great service, would deffo deal again.

I had read the reviews on here so was slightly worried that the glasses wouldn't come before Christmas. I emailed them to say i have no glasses and need them before i go away for christmas and they got straight back to me marked the order as urgent then got the glasses to me in 10 days. it was perfect service throughout and the glasses are brilliant.

I have been having the same frames for years but when they start to lose their appearance, I usually see my optician, but the price for frames and varifocals is very expensive. I thought I would try The Glasses Company, they stocked my usual frame and when they arrived were just as I had hoped, such a shame that to save a considerable amount I have had to resort to an online option.

Really good value for money , Oakley frames at a good price.
Could possibly do with an extra member of staff to reply to emails faster.

I bought glasses from this company in June this year, have only been wearing them for a couple of months as I own two pairs of glasses, the right hand arm, keeps collapsing when I take them off and my husband has tightened the screw a few times (with the correct screwdriver) but it is still happening. I have sent three polite emails to the company, but they seem to be ignoring me. I paid quite a bit of money for the glasses and expected much better service. It appears they are only interested in sales, not customer service or after care. Having just read many other reviews it’s a common theme on communication, very poor.

The glasses did eventually arrive... 5 weeks after ordering... delays caused by original choice being out of stock and then second choice also then being out of stock. Could do with much more proactive communications, right from confirming the email to actively telling me what is going on instead of waiting for me to chase... and replying more quickly to emails

Extremely slow to respond, took best part of a month to receive. Frames chosen were out of stock. Took 4 emails which took them 4 days to a week at a time to respond, promised next day delivery as a gesture of good will which never happened. Told them before sending I wanted a refund, they ignored and sent anyway, not so much of an apology If you need glasses quickly then definitely avoid won't be shopping here again.

fast and easy process and really great price

Despite giving accurate perscription and PD value, the vision from the glasses is bad, they also upsold me on the lenses and were difficult about a refund so I gave up, glasses are rubbish.

Glasses are great in fact ordered a second pair.
I do feel that Customer service could keep a closer eye on emails and reply more promptly but that is just my opinion I don't like to wait for a reply.

Plenty of choice. Easy to upload my prescription, a good price, and delivered on schedule. Nice.

Glasses were good when they arrived but it took a month to process my order.
Communication was poor and only happened when I chased them. No email to confirm my order or give me a timescale that I could expect my glasses but still took my money quick enough.
Given the choice out there I would go somewhere else.

I brought some glasses but when I recieved them it was clear that they didn't do the correct prescription. I emailed and got told they where correct. A bit more back and forth and then I get ghosted. They even had the cheek to say I have to wear them for 4 weeks so my eyes can adjust!!!!! How can I wear them to drive when everything is blurry. How can I wear them to work when everything is blurry. Utter nonsense and I certainly wont be using them again. Beware as their customer service is awful

5 weeks to deliver and poor communication. for a pair of glasses that were in stock at time of order. had to chase 3 times and no one ever called me.
