Ryan was great! I had booked a non-refundable ticket for a client & the last name was incorrect. He called me right back when we got disconnected & we were able to resolve the issue.

I was really worried about missing my flight and having to pay a LOT of money to book a later one, and Ryan helped me so kindly! He booked me a new flight and got me a voucher for future travel that made the new booking fee feel way more reasonable to me. He was kind and smart and helpful, and the incredible customer service is exactly why I’ve always consistently chosen southwest!! I know there are a lot of changes coming, and SW has been taking care of me for 20-30 years, so I’m continuing to trust y’all. But please continue to prioritize customer service!! Other airlines don’t and that separates y’all!
