I strongly believe this is a scam company. Initially, they speak very politely and attract you with what seems like a great deal. However, once you pay the deposit, their behaviour completely changes.
After I made the payment, I never received a receipt. When I called the next day, the representative (Nick) claimed that I never requested one, so he didn’t send it. He then asked me to wait 24 hours for confirmation of my ticket. When I asked further questions about my booking, his tone became rude and dismissive.
This raised concerns, so I checked reviews online and realised many others had similar experiences. He then sent me some sort of booking PNR immediately after 10 mins. I immediately requested to cancel and asked for a refund. They refused, claiming they had already made a booking. However, the “confirmation” they provided was from Air China, and when I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed it was only a temporary hold that could be cancelled at any time.
At that point, I decided not to proceed with this company. They still refused to refund my deposit and even told me to “go legal” if I didn’t pay the remaining balance.
This is completely unprofessional—no legitimate company takes money without providing proper confirmation or service. I was concerned enough to cancel my card and request a replacement after reading reports that they may attempt to take further payments without consent.
⚠️ My advice: STOP and do not pay any deposit.
They appear to operate under multiple websites, none of which seem trustworthy. all the positive reviews you see here are fake and dodged to attract customers and get their money out of their pocket so please BEWARE.

The website Expertos en Vuelo, operated by PCM Travels, is a total scam. Once they obtain your personal and banking information through a reservation request, they act in bad faith by adding unauthorized additional charges.
The flights they sell do not include seats or luggage, even when those were specifically requested. Furthermore, they flatly refuse any cancellations or modifications.
Vitiated Consent: They use deceptive tactics to obtain agreement.
Ghost Charges: Hidden fees appear out of nowhere.
Fraudulent Billing: Unauthorized transactions on your account.
Misrepresentation of Fees: They apply charges claiming they are "taxes," which is completely false.

Legally, when an individual makes a material representation (such as PCM posing as an airline rep) to persuade another party to sign a contract this constitutes a legal basis for voiding the contract due to fraud or misrepresentation. If a contract is based on false or misleading information, it can be rescinded or canceled without any liability.

PCM Travel represented themselves as Lufthansa customer service at Heathrow Airport -- where somehow they are allowed to sit at a desk and hand out (fake) non-toll numbers. They ripped off my son for over $800. to unnecessarily change his flight by threatening to cancel the entire ticket.

They always respond to these reviews that they will look into this but in truth, no one answers my emails or calls.

Absolutely scam, I booked my ticket with this agency in good faith, after an emergency surfaced I decided to cancel within the time frame unfortunately they refunded partially and refused the rest of the charge, not only that but they make you sign a statement agreeing to that otherwise you will lose all of your money, services are absolutely garbage. Think one million times before dealing with them
Here is my details and experience with PCM
When I booked my ticket the price of the ticket was $2597.98 when I decided to cancel within the timeframe allowed they only refunded $2158.70 which is the share of the Airline , when I called back and talked to that person he said we are not going to refund $439.28 which is our fee, here I was puzzled and didn’t know what to do, because if I don’t accept that I will lose all of my money.
I told him you are going to sell that ticket and charge the new customer same fee, he said that’s our business.
I am telling the public my story so they can be aware of such scammers

Help put this PCM Travel scammer out of business. Report them to ReportFraud.ftc.gov, the Better Business Bureau, and FBI's INternet Crime Complaint (IC3). I reported them to Mastercard and asked how they can allow PCM to be a merchant member. I got my refund from my credit cards but with many appeals. They aimed at my teenaged son and I feel the need to protect others.

Hice un cambio de vuelo y pagué por el cambio. No me permitieron subir al avión porque algo no hicieron correctamente ellos, solicite mi reembolso y me han dado mil excusas para no pagármelo. Definitivamente NO lo recomiendo , tampoco entiendo porque al marcar a Delta me dirigieron con ellos . PESIMO servicio

Realmente no es una agencia de viajes. Es un grupo organizado de ESTAFADORES . Llamé a un teléfono supuestamente de Airfrance y me dijeron que tenía pendiente un nuevo impuesto por importe de 138€.
Era falso todo. Tuvieron acceso a mi reserva y me cargaron en mi tarjeta ese importe. En España tienen más de 20 denuncias ante la Policìa Nacional, según comprobé en mi Comisaría de policía. No llamen desde España al teléfono gratuito de esa aerolínea, les conecta con los estafadores. Las opiniones favorables son "fake", las ponen ellos mismos. La respuesta disculpándose es automática y siempre la misma. No me han devuelto el dinero reclamado. NO CAIGAN EN EL ENGAÑO

I brought my elderly neighbor to the airport, she had to travel across the country for the death of a relative. We get to the front desk to get her boarding passes. They appeared on their computer but were labeled “no go” meaning not authorized, transaction not completed etc. Called this agency to get it resolved
and they just talked in circles for 2 hours claiming they were fixing it but they were not, they never were. Eventually had to purchase new tickets with the airline agents at the desk(who for the last couple hours tried everything they could to help us). It’s repulsive there are people out there taking advantage of elderly, scamming and stealing from anyone they can. This company needs to be held accountable by law enforcement.
