Disappointed. All started well and I thought this would be great.

Move on 9 weeks and I’m still waiting for the card. Like other reviewers I’ve emailed and had a generic Christmas delay response. Then was told 10 days which has passed. No reply to my latest email and now I can’t login to the app at all.

Hope to be proven wrong but so far the whole experience is shockingly bad. Major work needed on the customer service!

Ordered and paid for my membership on 8th December. Understand it can take 4 weeks to arrive. Emailed start of Jan to find out if it was going to be delivered. Received a generic email back stating delivery times will be longer due to Xmas and NY. Understandable.

Since sent to more emails asking for an update and nothing heard back, almost 2 months ago I ordered. Absolute joke.

And to top it off I can’t login on the website or app, I just get login failed, and I know my number is correct because I logged in a few times after I’d ordered

I am yet to receive a card after signing up on 03/12/2025, I emailed support to find out about the delay after 6 weeks & had a reply explaining about how so many people have signed up & cards are printed in batches & that I would be able to verify my identity shortly this was 2 weeks ago STILL NO CARD NO ID verification HOW MUCH LONGER ?????

ÌI have been waiting for my card to arrive and nothing,I have had a email confirming the it would 10 day from the date on the email still nothing also I have emailed at least 3 times and sent WhatsApp messages and you guess it nothing. The customer service has a lot to be desired for i would recommend if you want a card be prepared to get it when they decided to send it.
Edit march 7th update
It's is now March 7th and I still haven't received my card and my refund, which was ordered in December and was processed in January 2nd so it has now been 3 months I have a message saying I will been refunded my fee which is a pretty good gesture but still no card i want an update on how I have to wait I really need this card .

I paid my membership fee back at the beginning of December. I have emailed The Diesel Club twice as I have not received my membership card. If you’re lucky you get a generic reply promising that the card is in the post.
Despite the so called positive postings, this is looking like a scam. All I would say is beware!
In the meantime I plan to seek a refund from my credit card provider.
The company have never responded to my various requests “where is my card”
I have now received a refund of my membership fee from my card provider.
A total scam or mismanagement, you decide.

Ordered on 3rd December. Received an email on the 9th to say my card was in production and would be delivered in 10 days.

8 weeks on and the card never arrived and they no longer reply to emails.
I requested a chareback through the bank which was granted straight away.

Ordered my card nearly 2 months ago paying £30 haven’t received anything in post emailed multiple times with no response from diesel club very poor customer service

24/11 - Signed up for ther card - put the wrong mobile number in - my bad

25/11 - Sent a request to change number to correct one and there was a reply from them that day (I missed that email)

27/11 - I replied

02/12 - They updated for me- both via email and whatsapp

27/12 - Sent a follow up via email - not yet responded (yes i checked my junk) - request 927

08/01 - sent a whatsapp and there still no response

18/01 - Sent a second follow up via email (again no response and yes i checked my junk) - request 1508

21/01 - still no card sadly

I'd love to give this company the benefit of the doubt due to it being the holidays but do not send the welcome email with the projected card arrival date and not give customers an update if there are issues.
Its possible I've slipped throught the cracks but lets get this resolved please.

Absolutely wonderful company, there was an issue with getting my card shipped out but with a quick email they managed to sort it out, now I'm able to pay less than the listed price at nearly every pump wherever I go! Very handy for long motorway trips where service stations charge stupid amounts or just the occasional fill up at a local pump. It's a very handy service and I would recommend it to any UK diesel driver on the road who wants to save money, I've already made back my joining fee in the short time I've had the card.

Have used my card for a few months, had to wait nearly 8 weeks for it to arrive, i needed a new driving licence! But has been so worth it now, saving every time I fill up at both stations to and from work. I've sent my link to a few friends now as well, well worth it.

I can't fault the support team when they do pick up any questions I've had. Can't wait for the virtual cards soon I hope :)

Signed up on the 2/01/26 havent been unable to upload drivers license and have had 0 contact from customer service, after two requests.

Hoping to get the issue resolved, but cannot reccomend this service currently.

Paid for my subscription over 6 weeks ago still haven’t recieved my card I have tried to contact them several times but no reply , my bank is trying to claim the money back for me now

Just for an update it took for me to leave a review for them to contact me, 11 days after I sent the first email , I understood there was a wait for cards to be sent especially over Christmas but when it got to the 10th of January with no reply I decided enough is enough they are either a scam or have zero customer service either way I’m out

As others have commented, this is a really good concept. Since having the card, I have saved money when filling up. Coverage is great, and customer service has been really good with swift responses and positive results! Very happy with the service!

Wasn’t sure at first if this was genuine but I’m so glad I signed up as I have saved so much already in such a small amount of time I would definitely recommend them to all diesel users.

Took a while to get my card and I was a bit skeptical at the time when I ordered and paid the initial fee but all fears were unfounded as things have been brilliant.

The app, once set up and that's very easy, works well with a map top show you where you can use it.

Prices are always cheaper than at the pump and I can even use it at Sainsbury's to get Nectar points.

It's now the only way I pay for fuel and would thoroughly recommend.

Wasn't sure if it was genuine when I first joined but I can honestly say it's been great. Had a little trouble getting my card initially but seems that was just teething problems.
The club price is mostly cheaper than the pump price, only very occasionally being the same or slightly more.
Had no issues finding a petrol station I could use and hopefully with time this will get even better.
Personally I've found it's not just money it's saved me, but time. No more searching for where is the cheapest, just check the app for the weekly price and for the closest station (even if it's a motorway one) and I'm done.

Had a good experience so far with these, my card was delivered after a few weeks which is fine, but since having the card for a month I’ve saved on average £15-25 per week on diesel!

Highly recommend and would advise others to check participating stations before paying and fuelling. A little planning to save those £££s!

Standard daily price at any of the 5000 forecourts, including motorway services! Whether it’s supermarket fuel or the top brands, it’s the same price!
Yes it cost you 30 quid to join but it’s almost a money back guarantee, what’s to lose? Card came within a couple of weeks and virtual card on the way apparentlyin the future. Communications are very quick. I had a couple of questions and they came straight back to me.
So summary, I save money and my life is more convenient.

The best company I’ve ever dealt with incredible near enough 24/7 customer service still getting discounts on fuel stations that were not actually part of the program couldn’t recommend it anymore 10/10 saved me loads and I’ve only been using it 2weeks if that. I’m a self employed forestry worker so I do a lot of mileage and fill up my multiple veichles with deisel all the time on average saving £5 per fill which adds up quickly many thanks Craig

I cannot recommend thedieselclub.co.uk enough. Initially, I noted the £29.99 membership fee, but I have honestly already recouped this cost within just a few fuel top-ups using the membership card. The fixed weekly price is incredibly competitive—usually the best around not just locally, but nationwide. It has completely removed the need for me to hunt around for the cheapest forecourt.

Using the card is seamless; it works just like any standard card transaction. What truly sets them apart, however, is the customer service. I raised a couple of minor queries and received responses and resolutions within a few hours on the same day. That level of efficiency is rare these days. With the forecourt coverage continuing to grow, this service is only going to get better. Highly recommended
