Sadly I do think this might be a scam. I was really hopeful that I was actually going to receive my card. I had an email finally on the 16th of January to say it was on its way and it would be delivered within 10 working days. I’ve emailed WhatsApp called everything no answer at all requested a refund obviously no answer for that either.

I joined The Diesel Club on 30/11/2025, paying £29.99, after being clearly told my Club card would arrive within four weeks. Multiple emails then reassured me of delivery dates — first by 30/12/2025, then within 7–12 days after it was supposedly printed on 22/12/2025.

The card never arrived.

When I chased this on 6th January, I was ignored for ten days before being told it had been dispatched via Royal Mail and might take another ten days to arrive. I was also told I could have a refund “if unhappy” — which frankly says a lot.

It is now 2nd February 2026. Over two months since I paid, and I still have nothing. Excuses about Christmas delays do not justify this level of delay or the poor communication throughout. This has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend joining based on my experience.

Don't dare complain about anything staff are rude and will just close your account rather than provide explanations or apologies or, God forbid, sort things out or give timescales. Zero customer service.

Ordered in 29/11/2025 done everything in the same day from my side and the big waiting began...
Many emails many notifications and since January nothing..
Since 16 of January car has been send,of course nothing has been received,no replays on my question..

I have recommended you to friends and we are all waiting, I have been waiting since beginning of December and have only received one email saying that they would reply in 72 hours, guess what...nothing!!! My other email didn't even get the automated reply.
I see why people say that it's a scam!

I ordered my card on the 1st of December. We are now in February. I was told to expect the card at the end of December. I have sent multiple emails and heard nothing back. I will be getting in contact with my bank about getting a refund. This is out of order and the customer service is shocking.

Clearly a scam i paid on the 4th of December and still not recieved my card even there generic response on here saying they will give a refund. How am I meant to get a refund if you dont reply to any form of contact

This is clearly a scam!! Don't be fooled like myself and many others. No communication from them at all via email, what's app or calls.
Two partners listed on companies house, 1 resigned end of January listed as a Web portal company.

Card stopped and reported to bank for charge back. Need to report to police as well as definitely scamming people.

Ah so i leave a bad but true account of this company then they leave a message but dont answer their mail!!
Seems to be a very similar reply to most complaints on here, maybe you should answer your main point of contacts with people.

Ordered my card back in November 2025,
It is now February 2026 and I still haven’t received my card.After sending numerous emails and whatsapp messages I still never received a reply, I posted comments about my situation on their tiktok page and they deleted them.
I am undergoing a charge back with my bank.
So please save yourself this hassle and AVOID THIS DODGY CLUB

I ordered my card on the 5th of December and told I would receive my card by the 4th of January nothing arrived. I emailed them on the 6th of January to get a generic email response saying could take 4 to 6 weeks from date I ordered with delays due to the festive period. I received an email on the 16th of saying my card was dispatched to royal mail and would arrive within 10 days. So emailed then on the 31st of January to see what's happening with my order with no reply. now the 5th of February and no card or response from them. Now going to contact my bank as clearly a scam.

HI can someone from customer service please reply to my emails or WhatsApp or messenger, I haven't received it yet.

This is a big scam. I order in November and still no card. Every time they are busy or too many cards to print is just a lie so you can’t claim your money. They just buy time. I will try to get my money back from barclays.
Update for diesel. I order the card on 29.11.2025 and with delivery the end of december. In January I ask about my card and nothing. On 16 january I received a automatic e-mail that my card will be in 10 days delivered. Today is 04.02.2026 and still nothing. No card no answer. But here they answer in less then 1 hour if you tell your experience and give 1 star.
Update. Today 13.03.2026 I got my money back from the bank. Dieselclub don’t refund nothing and no card or update. BIG SCAMMMM

Paid for the card on the 03/12/25 and still haven't recieved it, and now my requests for an update are being ignored.
I wish I could say how good they are but they appear to have stolen my money and this is a fraud.

Noting your reply I have emailed you on 30/01/26 and received a generic response citing ref 1830 then on the 03/02/26,
I chased up again and received reference number 1985.
You have not a answered any query and my card was supposed to be here last week.
If it was that "super easy" to get a refund answer the emails.
You don't need more information from trust pilot.

I have now been contacted via Whatsapp and it's a spam folder issue.
Fyi, I'm surprised to hear that my door number wasn't on the doc as it's not a mistake I make but as you have now contacted me to confirm the error please send the card as you have stated you have this and trying to post so please do and this can all be resolved.

SCAM.....DO NOT USE

I was really looking forward to using the card, and will happily amend the review, if the card is ever received. My experience is below:

29/11/25 - Signed up, email confirmation detailed “you will receive your card before 29/12/25”

01/12/26 - Emailed a chaser, reply received same day from “Ed” stating “your card should be with you in the next 7-12 days”

16/01/26 - Email received “card is on the way”, “your card will be with you no later than 10 days from today”

28/01/26 - Emailed a chaser, still no card, no reply received other than the automated ZenDesk ref number.

03/02/26 - Attempted contact using WhatsApp, no reply, however it is today.

Due to concerns, will be attempting various social media channels etc.

Received a request via TrustPilot to verify myself to ensure it was handled as a trusted reviewer. This gave me slight hope as that combined with the actions below gave some indication they maybe still trading.

It turns out I had missed a reply via Reddit on 04/02/26 asking for my email/mobile info to look into it. I replied 06/02/26 - Still no reply.

09/02/26 - Message on the app regarding refunds/electronic card

A shame, as what would appear to be a really good idea has clearly went wrong. 82 days, numerous missed deadlines, no card. I still cling in hope of having some form of card, but it isn’t looking likely.

They appear to allocate the issued to massive growth and being unable to keep up… all of which realistically was in their own control.

After no feedback I requested a charge back, interestingly they have now banned me from the Reddit forum for no longer being a member.

So in short, 3 months with no truthful communication, no card and absolutely no customer service.

I do hope now they appear to be more active, things will improve for users moving forward

Paid for my membership back in December still no card messaged them countless times still no response trying to get money back I would no recommend this company the 5 star reviews must be made up and fake

I bought the card in November said I would receive at then end of December due to the printing capacity and how many people are joining so I thought that was fine but I knew in my head I wouldn't get it until in the new year as with royal mail etc during the busy holiday period. I emailed to make sure i would still get it and they responded in a day which is fair enough and said yes. fast forward to around mid January and multiple emails etc no response. but at last they email after a week or so stating they had delays etc and my card would be with me in the next 10 working days but again nothing so now after multiple emails and again no response I have contacted my bank to do a charge back as this company is a joke. until everyone's cards have been sent out and they've caught up or made a statement I wont be buying with these guys again such a disappointment

I've emailed, received no reply.
I've sent whatsapp message, still no reply.
I've sent a message to their tiktok, still no reply.
There is not a phone number.

I still want the card but unfortunately the customer service is non existent and I'm unable to use the card because it hasn't been sent.

I'm starting to believe its a scam.

I’ve been a member since September 2025, and while the card itself is a fantastic money-saver, the experience has been a total rollercoaster. Initially, I was sceptical because a fuel card for regular people, not just tradespeople, seemed like a scam, but it is genuine. After a rocky start where my card got stuck in the "printing" phase, the team was originally great; they responded to my email, pushed the card through, and even gave me a £20 apology credit. Since then, the card has worked perfectly at the pump and saved me a decent amount of money.

However, my rating is three stars because the customer service has recently dropped off a cliff. I suggested the club to a friend who now can’t get their card, and I feel like the bad person because the company has gone completely silent across all contact methods. While the app mentions they are reprinting cards for everyone due to technical issues, that shouldn't mean they can simply ignore people trying to reach out.

As they are still a new company, I really hope this is just a temporary hurdle and they can get back up and running properly soon. It’s a great service that actually helps people save, but they urgently need to stop ghosting their members to win back that trust.

I joined on 23rd December and haven’t recieved my diesel card yet but recieved an email to say it was coming but it’s been over 2 weeks since it was ‘dispatched.’ I’ve sent a few emails and not one has been replied to. Disappointed is an understatement.

Emailed, texted, you name it to get some sort of reply to see where it is. Nothing.

I was sent an email in January to say the card was on its way, yet it still hasn’t arrived. Then got a reply back saying I need to add more information?

Ended up doing a chargeback through the bank, because let’s face it, if I’m not getting any reply off them via email, whattsapp whatever else, there’s not a cat in hells chance I’m getting a refund.

Quite honestly, under the impression this is a scam, and I warn everyone to keep well away.
