We're sorry for the confusion caused.
After your order had been processed and prepared for dispatch, our warehouse team unfortunately identified a fault with the item during final packing checks. Because of this, the shipment had to be cancelled and a refund was issued, which is why you may have received a tracking notification shortly before the cancellation.
Refunds are processed immediately on our side, however it can take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but we never want to send an item that doesn’t meet our quality standards.

I ordered a Givenchy T-Shirt from The Designer Box. When the T-Shirt arrived I was immediately dubious about the authenticity. I own several genuine Givenchy T-Shirts & the feel of the material on the item from TDB was off and i had a nagging feeling that made me take steps to authenticate. I used an authentication service whereby you take photos of certain parts of the garment tags,washing instructions etc. it was deemed to be counterfeit. I contacted TDB and told them of my issue with the T-Shirt. They were brilliant with me regarding my return process and apologised profusely about what had happened. This is not an indictment of their company. Non authentic items can sometimes be found in genuine batches of clothes. I think maybe their verification process should be more thorough to ensure customers have a great experience.

We’re sorry the sizing didn’t work out on this occasion. Just to clarify on the return postage point, we offer free delivery on all UK orders, so for returns we simply charge our Royal Mail cost price for the label. Unfortunately it’s not feasible for us to cover both outbound and return shipping, but we aim to keep the return cost as low as possible.

Thanks for your feedback. We’d like to clarify this as it appears to be a misunderstanding.
For all US orders, we cover all duties and import taxes, meaning customers should not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
On very rare occasions, couriers such as DHL or FedEx may apply charges in error, or the receiving country’s customs system may incorrectly assign duties. Unfortunately this is outside of our direct control when it occurs.
However, we can see that our support team resolved this immediately for you by crediting your card for the exact amount you were charged, while we raise the issue with the courier directly.
We always ensure customers are not left out of pocket when situations like this occur.

Issues with delivery!
Your DPD courier is crazy! They want to deliver parcels at their own convenience! They give you an option to choose a schedule for redelivery but does not follow it. Did it twice and they still want to deliver on days I did not choose and when no one is home! No other options, nil phone numbers to contact for queries! Now my order is going back to you!! Maybe change your courier service! I hope I am getting a refund as this has been a real inconvenience!!!!!

DPD is one of the UK’s largest courier networks and we have successfully shipped over 50,000 orders with them, with very few issues overall. Unfortunately, on rare occasions delivery schedules can change outside of our control.
