I ordered a shirt March 3rd it is now March 23rd and I still have not received it. They flat out lied about me receiving it in 4-7 business days. I have lost hope on receiving this package. Their customer system is operated very poorly, their communication is horrible. Please whatever you do never shop with this company. Simply put The designer box is a scam!!

I've loved most everything but....
I've loved the products that have arrived. What I didn't like was a recent order that was taking weeks. I finally reached out and days later responded and said my order was delayed due to customs. Week went by and nothing, reached out again and told oh it should be here soon, waited and reached out again few days later only to be told my item was damaged and was refunded. Not sure why this took weeks and weeks and I had to be the one to reach out. Oddly enough, that same shirt that was "damaged" is still listed on their website. Confusing.

To clarify, one of the items in your order was a pre-order, which is advertised with an estimated timeframe of 2–4 weeks depending on transport and customs. Unfortunately, when the item arrived with us, it was not in an acceptable condition to be sent out. As this was one of our only units, we were unable to fulfil it and issued a full refund.
We do apologise for the delay in communication - we understand this was frustrating and appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can improve.
In regard to the item appearing online, we can confirm it was not intentionally relisted. If it did briefly show, this would have been due to a system delay and would have been removed shortly after.
