Second time ordering. Will be more cautious
Second time ordering. First order was great and was very happy! Second order - 2 items didn’t fit and so I needed to exchange them. I had to pay for my own shipping back to Britain which cost $62. It’s very unfair and I’ll be more cautious if I ever buy again.

We’re sorry the sizing didn’t work out on a couple of pieces this time. For our US customers, we offer two pre-negotiated return options via DHL and USPS. These rates are fully insured, tracked, and provided at our cost price (we don’t add any handling or margin), with the label instantly generated through our returns portal. The exact cost depends on the parcel’s weight and dimensions, which is why it can vary between orders.
That said, international customers are absolutely welcome to use any courier of their choice if they’re able to secure a lower rate elsewhere - we’re always happy to accept returns sent independently.
We completely understand that international returns can feel costly, and we’re always transparent about this prior to purchase. If you ever need sizing advice before ordering again, our team would be more than happy to help minimise the chance of exchanges.

Brought my partner some disguared jeans paid £220 for them in the size he takes they come far to big looked double the size so wonted to exchange for another pair in a different style thinking might of be the style the all process of doing that was nightmare very poor customer services after then receiving them they was the same again to big in end up I wonted a refund never had this problem before buying this brand to them be told I couldn’t have a refund as the jeans had been worn tags had been removed smelled like wash powder! Lies lies the jeans was sent back in the brand new condition told they was sending them back to me. well I received a pair of jeans that had been worn with tags removed and these jeans are not the same I sen back to them they are counterfeit I have taken them to flannels they bashes comfrimed they are Copys ! then the company as now blocked from emailing or being able to contact them at all… full of crap that reply back the jeans I Sen back had not been worn at all u sent me a pair of worn jeans back in no box just a parcel bag no receipt! When I fist received them they come in a box with a receipt from the company! then have been blocked from contacting yous why ? There’s loads of bad reviews about you doing this to other customers and also people saying counterfeit items

The brand’s sizing is standardised, and we use the True Fit sizing tool on our website to help customers select the most accurate size before purchasing.
We also offer one of the simplest return and exchange portals in the industry, used by many major retailers, to ensure the process is clear and straightforward for customers.
Regarding the return, the refund was declined because the item returned did not meet our returns criteria. The jeans sent back showed signs of wear, had tags removed, and had been washed, which makes them ineligible for a refund under our policy.
The item returned to you was the same pair that was received back from you. If the jeans returned to us were not the same as those originally sent, this would indicate that a different item was returned, as we do not substitute or replace customer returns under any circumstances.
We always aim to be fair and transparent and are happy to assist with sizing or style advice before items are worn, so we can help avoid situations like this.
