Our Renewal documents had another…
Our Renewal documents had another companies contact mobile phone number, another companies turnover, lenght of time business had been established for and many other GDPR failures.
They even got the address of our business wrong.
When this was highlighted and fresh documents were emailed, they still had errors.
For a company that is providing insurance cover, where correct details and excellent administration are required, these are serious failures.
