Go somewhere else ….thwy never cancelled my insurance because everything was right …. All what they try to do is harass you to cancel your insurance and try get money of you in any way…. Then ur forced to cancel yourself and they take a fortune of your money… and you get rest in 30day …. When you see your policy with them cheap look somewhere else because there is always a catch……. Avoid

Phil was amazing at aura insurance, made sure i was well informed when updating my mileage allowance on my blackbox policy. Very well mannered and polite. Would recommend. He is honestly a star and true asset to the company.

Spoke to Mia James at customer service. Was completely rude and ignorant towards me not letting me speak. Also very poor communication from aura in general as they don’t reply to emails or calls.

Policy was cancelled after a week! I received my black box in the post and i installed it correctly but it wouldn’t record any trips which resulted in my insurance being cancelled! The device was definitely installed correctly as i even got the green flashing light to say so i explained this in a email and with no response or communication they cancelled my insurance! I am furious my insurance has been cancelled through no fault of my own but a faulty black box and inadequate company! Would NOT recommend at all!

Had an email for a cancellation which was unexpected due to an error on there side Naomi helped me and assured me this wouldnt be cancelled after checking files and made me feel a lot better about the situation

Do not go with this company, aura insurance is blatantly rude, call customer service and they act like you have robbed there homes. Spoke to a lady in regards to setting a direct debit to another day and she acted like I was a fool. They then cancelled my insurance after them sending me a fully broken telematics device. I’ll be waitin for my refund . If I could add photos and videos for evidence I would

Dreadful, I was insured for two weeks before they wrongly cancelled my policy due to a ‘lack of no claims’. After I provided proof for a second time, instead of offering to reinsure me they demanded I paid a fee and started sending me letters. They agreed to waive it all once they heard I got in touch with the financial ombudsman, but I bet plenty of people have agreed to pay just because they felt threatened. Abysmal.

Naomi gave brilliant customer service support as i had a few questions about the insurance she was able to assist and sort out any problems i had with my policy

Customer service is absolutely shocking, they also use an external company for the telematics device whom then send them the data. Which is not always correct however they make up excuses to cancel you instantly, I had my telematics device not even a month and they cancelled, tried phoning them for a straight week emailing constantly, they cancelled it then decided to answer the phone to me.

Just about to cancel my policy after 4 days! Customer service very rude. Tried cancelling my policy after one day. Black box won't even stick to my car and the person that picked up my call had absolutely no patience with me at all. They won't listen to me about my black box being faulty so I've decided to change to a no box insurance. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY

Insured with these for a year - no issues at all, they send kind and informative emails to me about my driving, easy process when I called to amend details / ask questions, and even when cancelling the renewal of my policy. Very happy with the service, all the best!
