Customer service responded quickly when…

Customer service responded quickly when I received an Apple Watch strap that did not include the lugs needed to attach the strap to my watch. They quickly sent out a replacement and included an extra strap as compensation for my trouble. Everyone makes mistakes but not all work hard to rectify them to the satisfaction of the customer.

Awesome products and service.

Great selection of products. I ordered 3 straps but wanted to order many more. Customer service was great and they followed up immediately on questions. Wonderful company to deal with.

Customer Service 2nd to None!!

I had a slight issue with the strap and the customer service department worked with me to fully rectify my concern. Can't speak highly enough about their service!

Customer Service very good at responding to issues

I have bought several watch straps from Bridge which I have been super happy with. That said I have had a couple of issues with parts failing. Where they have excelled themselves is sorting the issues quickly and efficiently. The customer services team have super been responsive.

I would have no hesitation in adding more straps to my small collection.

Out of stock so been refunded

Edited 18/10: unfortunately the product I ordered proved to be out of stock. I have been kindly refunded. Customer service response is via email so took a little longer than I would have liked to identify and remediate the issue but in the end all sorted.

Ordered a strap but is not right for my…

Ordered a strap but is not right for my watch, I have tried e mail to organise a return but no response. No contact numbers to call and speak to anyone. Hopefully this will prompt a response! Got a reply to say sorry but no follow up to arrange return will have to contact card company to get a refund. I have e mailed you with details for the return and refund

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My strap arrived here in the US with a flaw. I contacted The Bridge and they told me to return it for a replacement band. In a week or two I received a new band that is flawless. They refunded me my shipping costs to return the strap. The best part was the IMMEDIATE and polite response via email that kept me reassured that they were taking care of me as a customer. You can trust this company. Well done Bridge!
