Quality very poor and deflects from the high quality of the Apple Ultra watch.

Compared to genuine Apple products Strapology have a big gap to bridge.

I have had several and given some away excellent product especially when you buy three! Good customer service

Firstly the good, the straps are good quality and priced well.

The not so good, although the domain is UK based your order is actually shipped from overseas. As I write this I’m still waiting on one of my orders (11 days and counting). Something to be mindful of before ordering.

Having ordered an Apple Watch strap that incidentally looked and felt completely gorgeous at 10% of Apple’s asking price . . . I found I couldn’t make the adjustments to make it fit snugly enough ( my fault, incompetent hands). I emailed and almost instantly received a reply from “Laura” who took absolutely every option to make me happy and delighted I’d chosen Strapology.
Laura defined exquisite customer service, like a friend yet 100% professional. Bravo!!

Not the greatest quality and delivered really slowly, had I known this wasn’t a uk company being delivered from a product made in china.. I wouldn’t have purchased… misled via a .co uk website

Order process fine. Delivery is a joke.

Non existent customer service. I paid over £50 for what was sold as a premium product, however the latch was faulty which led to my Apple watch falling onto the floor and smashing. Ive messaged customer services email (No phone number) twice now and not received a reply. I would stay well away.
Delivery time is also very slow as I believe they aren't based un the UK. So you cant send anything back.

My wife bought me a Trail silicone strap for an Apple watch. She paid £29.95 (Reduced from £49.95) plus £5.00 shipping. The quality seems okay. She ordered on 10th May and it was delivered on 22nd May. Out of curiosity I looked at Aliexpress. I found the same straps advertised and ordered two different colours. I paid a total of £9.69 for the two straps with free shipping . I ordered on 21st May and they were delivered on 27th May. Other than the colour, the straps are IDENTICAL to the original order.

Excellent products. Great customer service and communication was outstanding. I ordered 3 straps for my watch and they were of such high quality at a really good price. Would recommend

The watchband I ordered was too big. They told me I have to mail it back to London for a refund and pay the shipping cost which exceeds the cost of the watchband.

I think they are walking with it from china
2 weeks in and still no sign! Don’t be fooled into thinking a .co.uk website is a British shipping company. An office that just drop ships from china. Would I have bought if I’d known…Nope, Should I have checked trustpilot before purchasing…..Yep…….Theres a lesson.

I’m very happy with the strap I purchased. It fits well, is comfortable and looks good quality. The original one had an issue and it was sorted out no quibbling. I would buy another one for sure!

Terrific product. Better than the original. And the service was top-notch. I could not have hoped for any better.

The coating on the strap buckle peeled / corroded off after 3 months, with the metal then touching my skin it gave me an allergic reaction, and I am not normally allergic to anything!

Ordered the titanium/Leather Ultra strap on 19th February, it arrived 10th March.
It was listed as available when I ordered the strap, but was advised this was designated as a "pre-order" due to a "delay with manufacturing" and as such subject to a longer shipping timescale. The provided tracking is unreliable and seems inaccurate.

That said, the strap did arrive, well packaged and it does seem to be a decent quality item.

To be honest, were Strapology to sort out the issues they have with getting the straps shipped to their customers, I would have no hesitation in recommending them, but they really do need to get the shipping/tracking issues resolved.
