Excellent product and First class customer service

Shiny website, lovely straps, dreadful customer service. The straps look great but the problems continue.
a) I ordered and paid for a strap but cancelled it to take advantage of a 3 for 2 deal. When I received my refund they had deducted £3.99 despite the fact that i never received the strap.
b) Emails continually bounce back undeliverable,
c) The magnet fell out of the Polaris yellow 46mm strap that I ordered on Day 2 suggesting poor product quality. (Made in China?)
d) Very occasional responses from Sarah in Customer Service & very weak customer service & service recovery.
e) Told them that I don't need a free strap (which they kindly offered) just a replacement for my faulty Polaris Yellow 46mm but no response at all. I sometimes wonder if there is really anyone in Customer Service except one hour a week?
f) Finally spoke to the owner who called me and who resolved all issues. That’s quite impressive. Now received a replacement Polaris strap and also the £3.99 back.

Bought a watch strap as a birthday gift for my brother. The strap did not quite fit the watch right so I reached out the the customer support team. The customer support team was super friendly and replaced with a different watch strap (that fits perfectly!) for no charge.

I ordered two watch straps , I was a bit apprehensive as I wasn’t sure about the quality I would be getting. I can honestly say I wouldn’t order another strap from anywhere else! 10/10 it’s perfect for me as I work in construction and they’re easy to maintain and clean.

Brilliant service. Have had the Henley strap for 18 months which sadly broke but customer service was amazing in replacing it under warranty. Had a replacement at my door within 2 days!

At last, a watch strap for my Apple Watch of the same high quality as the watch itself. Thank you The Bridge - great strap, great service, great price.

I have purchased 3 watch straps for my iwatch. They were on an offer 3 for 2. 2 of the designs/quality did not justify the cost. I am in the process of trying to return the other 2 (they have not even been opened). The company is making the process of returning very difficult even when they have a returns policy in place. 4 days in and they still have not provided instructions of how to return. They have not given me a telephone number or the complaints procedure despite asking and they have asked twice for a reason for returning before allowing me to. The only option they have given is to return all 3. Do not buy from this company! They are scammers trying to get me to keep the 3 straps!

Sara promptly responded to a concern with my favorite band quickly offering a perfect solution with genuine sincerity and prompt efficient communication and service. I am truly impressed. They stand behind unit brand and that will keep me a customer for many years. Great work Sara! Great product for the Bridge

I've bought a number of straps from the Bridge and have always loved their products. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the straps recently purchased so contacted their customer service. Their response was fantastic. Dealt with the issue promptly and professionally. Dispatched a replacement within days and followed up to check it had arrived and that I was happy.

I have bought a number of straps from Bridge and they are all excellent quality.

I purchased a watch band several months ago. Unfortunately, the clasp tore from the band. I contacted Sarah with customer service and she explained The Bridge would honor their warranty and just shipped a replacement band at no additional cost to me. She was courteous and prompt to respond to my inquiry. Thank you for a pleasant experience; I even ordered 2 additional bands.

Strap shipped super quickly and was exactly as I expected. However the strap arrived with a slight imperfection and I reached out to customer service. They immediately made things right and were super prompt and communicative throughout the process. Really impressed and would buy another strap from here again.

I'm a big fan of both the quality product and the company. I have multiple bands and have had an opportunty to deal with customer service a few times. They do a great job and have always been able to resolve my minor issues. I recommend them HIGHLY!

This company has earned a loyal customer. I had an issue with my band - 7 months after purchasing and they promptly responded and made a replacement very seamless and easy. Incredible service and customer experience.

I was mostly impressed by the responsiveness of their customer service! They shipped the wrong size for my Apple Watch Ultra, but immediately fixed the problem by shipping the right one!
And I wanted to order the Grand Prix band which wasn’t available at the time of my order, so they shipped it as a replacement when it became available at no extra cost.
My new wrist band looks great! It’s narrower than I thought it would be, but it makes it more elegant that way. I was worried about the length of it because I have a small wrist (18cm), but the last hole fits perfectly. I recommend this brand!

Excellent watch straps for Apple Watch wearers, and the quality of the straps are superb. Fast postage, very nice storage boxes and a lot of choice of what strap you want.

I am relatively new to Bridge Watch straps, and I have found the quality and construction to be the best I have seen.

I recently had an issue with a band and reached out to Customer Service. Sarah was amazing! I explained my concern, and she immediately was able to resolve my issue efficiently, with care, and top-level communication. I am a Bridge lifer!
