Hi, just dropped off my rented suit at the UPS store but overall not the best experience here. They did not have my size in the regular fit (only slim fit) and they did not do the sleeve alterations I requested. Not the seamless experience advertised. I would not go to this company again.

Happy to leave these folks all the stars! Easy order, great fit, super super duper convenient and very reasonable rates. Had I known I would be given a great offer to buy / own the items I was only renting, I might have made a different choice but that is the only thing I'd do differently!

Great customer service and tuxedos looked great. If an item did not fit, they immediately sent another size. Email communication was excellent so deadlines could be met. Appreciated the ease of returning items.

I was hesitant of an online suit rental at first but the whole thing was so easy and accommodating. The process to get a different size in one of your pieces of clothing was awesome and the return process was completely taken care of for you as well. Also, the tuxedos themselves looked great and fit even better. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The tux arrived 10 days before the wedding, plenty of time to try on and get a replacement if needed. In my case I needed a larger shirt which was shipped and received within a few days. They also paid for my pants to have hemmed 1" since the pants were a little long. They only came in 30" or 32" and I needed a 31". Shoes ran big, so I needed a smaller pair which also arrived within a couple of days. Looked great on, great quality. Return process was easy!

As an individual who appreciates both style and quality, I recently had the pleasure of wearing the slim fit charcoal suit for my wedding, and it exceeded every expectation. The Black Tux made it easy for groomsmen across the state to all get their suits. The customer service was exceptional. The packaging is sleek and makes it easy to return. I also, had the option to purchase items after the event which myself and others choose to do. Now I have a suit that I can wear to future events. The Black Tux is a timeless allure of classic menswear.

I bought a high quality tux that was perfect for my wedding. Fit pretty well but I went to my own tailor to make it perfect. Otherwise, very cost effective and the portal is easy to use (I.e., to add groomsmen, etc.). Very seamless in amidst the chaos of wedding planning. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with The Black Tux. All of my groomsmen had suits that matched and fit and all seemed pleased with the quality. The rental was a very good and competitive price, and the groom discount is nice as well. I did have a problem and had to contact customer service, but I found them responsive and helpful.

A few reasons I didn’t give a full five stars:
- one pair of shoes we rented was clearly darker brown than the others. Probably was a newer pair
- the return date being so soon after the event, not even accounting for weekends, is very inconvenient.

Very seamless; pants needed to be exchanged and was taken care of within 2-3 days prior to event. Fit great!
Return of items was also seamless. Local PO would not accept but was referred to local CVS and they took care of the return box.

Got me fitted in minutes and they rushed my order free of charge to make sure I got everything in time. Great customer service.

The Black Tux made my wedding day easy and stress free! They offered a number of stylish tux options for a formal wedding, and shipped my outfits to groomsmen all over the country. They easily accommodated size changes for myself and some of my groomsmen, and the return process was simple even for people who were traveling for the event.

Thanks Black Tux! The final product was wonderful. Four stars because of excellent customer service and final product. However the sizing was way off & I felt like a 12-year old boy the first time I put on the coat. I got it adjusted, just a price I wasn't looking forward to pay. Thankfully y'all helped out with that, too.

The suit looked great and fit well! The process was super easy for the wedding I was in. I am even thinking about doing it for my wedding. The only concern is we had tan suits and they were kind of see through. So do not wear you red undies.

We chose Black Tux for my son’s recent wedding and I’m so glad we did! The process was super easy and allowed for each fella to enter their info and get their tux delivered to them which was very nice since they were all out of town. The sizing was perfect! The guys looked so handsome and they were super comfy. They danced all night. The return process couldn’t have been easier…they put everything back into the box, sealed it up with the packing tape that was included, and shipped it back via UPS with the return label that was included. All 7 guys did it without any assistance from the ladies…what a dream! Thank you Black Tux for helping make the night perfectly magical!

This was genuinely a delightful company to rent from. When I got home and saw the package I ordered I knew I made the right decision. With the tux itself, it fit like a glove. I didn't even need a belt to get the pants to properly fit, and I have broader shoulders but through their sizing algorithm, they were able to compensate for that and still found something perfect for me. With the packaging, I really appreciated all of the small things that they did to make your experience better. With the bag the tux is in, it zips from the bottom to the top, making it a lot more convenient to zip it up. The package comes with its own packing tape, and the return address is stickered below your shipping address so you can just tear that off and you're all ready to ship it back! There was no hassle at all and I would definitely recommend renting here.
