Disappointing. A couple of days after I placed the order I received an email to say the item was out of stock. I received the refund but it really bugs me when websites advertise items that are not in stock especially when I try very hard to support smaller independent retailers.

Not very happy “again” second time I’m ordering this umbrella only to be disappointed “again” that I’m NOT going to get it. This time delay is due to Ramadan which I’m rather perplexed about, they should have stated online there would be delays! Ramadan happens every year! It means I have to wait over 6 weeks I’ve just been told (end of May) huge disappointment. :(

Beautiful Parasol. The craftmanship is exquisite and I love the fact they are not mass produced. The customer service and communication were excellent and it was delivered quickly and well packaged. I will definitely be ordering another one next season.
