Wonderful and fun experience! I was always curious about Kibbe analysis, as well as flattering forms, shapes and colors. Although all styles are beautiful and unique, for my own personal journey, I felt some styles and colors flowed better with me. That Girl package truly showed me the colors and styles that felt right for me. It was so exciting to see! Also, I had just went through chemo, and am on a hair growth journey-so getting the hair results that best suited me were so fun to see and I am looking forward to growing my hair to that style and color choice. I was very excited to receive my results. My main goal was to choose a correct hair colour because I change it every month or so, and can’t find “myself”. I was super happy to see that the colour I love is a perfect match. Also, apparently I am not summer but autumn! Which helps a lot too. Sad, because I love summer palette , but I finally know my own season. So it was useful, exciting and entertaining (to see how you can look). Loved the experience

Unfortunately, I am not completely satisfied with this service.

I waited over three weeks to receive the guide, and I had to remind her twice. That was stressful.

The guide is not what I expected.

I received only one haircut suggestion, and I am not convinced it is the best option. I do look nice and I like the shape of my face in this haircut, but in my opinion I also look much older. I believe it would have been possible to find a haircut/hairstyle that wouldn’t make my look older. I expected to see at least two or three haircut options so that I could choose—especially since I mentioned in my email that I was considering a shorter haircut. To see another option, I had to ask several times by email and remind her that on her website she promises you a possibility of revision.

The guide also included a suggestion for straight eyebrows. I have never had this eyebrow shape, no one has ever suggested it to me, and I am not convinced it would suit me. Especially because the new eyebrow shape was not “placed” on my face—on the “after” photo from the makeover, I still have the same eyebrow shape as always. So unfortunately, I don’t know how I would look with such eyebrows. (In the Instagram makeovers, the new eyebrow shape is also “placed” on the “after” photo - and that's why I expected it.)

I think I would have been quite satisfied if I hadn’t had high expectations for this service. Unfortunately, I had seen many of her makeovers on Instagram, and they are absolutely beautiful—I was expecting something like that, and sadly I feel disappointed.

It’s nice to see yourself with a different hairstyle and makeup, but the quality is not the same as what is presented on Instagram. There is no WOW effect.

If you’re curious and want to see yourself in a different light, I would recommend it. But if you expect results like those shown on Instagram (as I did), I’m afraid you may be a bit disappointed.

The guide didn’t give me the level of clarity I expected around why my color season was chosen, and some advertised elements (like metallics) weren’t included. While parts of the guide were helpful, overall it felt more generic than I anticipated. If you’re looking for a deeper understanding of your color season, this may not be the right fit.

5/5 stars if I could give more I would! I was always told by others I’m an Autumn yet whenever I wore autumn colors I felt like it muted me down and didn’t really make me shine. When I got my PDF and found out I’m a Soft Summer with the photo edit and make up / hair recommendations I was mindblown!! It looked SO GOOD! I was about to dye my hair in a warm red shade luckily I didn’t as it would have overpowered my already warm skin complexion. I can’t thank you enough love the work you do 🩷

I loved my color analysis. I had been incorrectly typed by a couple AI ones and after seeing all of her Instagram results I decided to give her a try. She typed me as a soft autumn (compared to the soft summer I kept getting from AI). She was spot on and I get compliments all the time about my new hair color and how much better my skin and eyes look. I feel much more confident when I buy clothes and makeup. I am very happy with my results!

All of her tips were so helpful! I can't wait to go to the hair salon to do the cut and color she provided on my mock up! I'm currently adding all the makeup shades to my cart and I'm so excited!

She kept making excuses as to why I had not received the report or parts of it.

Did not include the things stated for the ‘That Girl Transformation’

She said I was a cool season but did a mock up with a warm hairstyle?!

She made me look like a clown with the makeup because I do not have a cool undertone and didn’t include any surgical procedures as requested.

You can get the service she provided through a free app. Total waste of money. It is not accurate in any way.

Definitely would not recommend.

Why is my review fabricated? I paid for something I did not get!

Two hairstyles would have been nice but you only gave me one with a fringe. Well not everyone wants a fringe and I did not ask you for ten different cuts and colours. I asked why you did a mock up with a warm hair colour, if you say I am cool.

You say you put time and effort into your service but you didn’t even read my emails properly and you didn’t even know what service I had paid for initially, as you only sent me the facial analysis. It was only when I questioned it, that you sent me the rest, blaming it on the fact it hadn’t attached to the email.

You have typed me as a cool undertone but I can 100% say I am not a cool undertone! So you are wrong with what you have provided.
If you are going to provide a service like this, you need to be accurate!

It’s a total scam of peoples money, anyone could have done what you did!

I explained to you in my email that I wanted to know what haircut, colour and make up would be best for me. Why would I not use this service, even if I knew my undertone already, that’s irrelevant.
I paid you to do a job, which you didn’t do properly because you got my undertone wrong!

I told you I was going to the hairdressers and wanted to know the best cut, so why not have two different cuts like you have with other people?!

The mock up pic was me with a golden blonde hair colour - which is warm, not cool or neutral. Yes the other colours you suggested were cool but on other people, so how can you see if they suit you? Obviously that didn’t matter because I have a warm undertone.

I wanted names of makeup products, so that I didn’t waste anymore money on buying the wrong colours. As it is hard to see from just looking at makeup whether it is cool or warm before you physically try it.

I also wanted to know about any surgical procedures, which you did not tell me about and by you saying that there was no point, is just a cop out, as to why you didn’t do it. What’s the point of you offering that service and giving people the option to choose it, if you are not going to do it?

I have totally wasted my money and you are obviously not a good analyst, if you can’t get the correct undertone. That’s the whole point in the first place!

As you have not provided a service, that was supposed to CORRECTLY state my undertone and follow on with the other stated services, I think I deserve a refund.
As everything you have advised is useless to me because they are cool colours and not warm.

It might help if you read what I have actually typed!

I just explained to you why I wanted to use your services!

I did not say you did not provide makeup suggestions and names. You provided them but in a cool tone, so it is all useless to me!

I know 100% that I am warm toned. I even sent you my pic wearing a black top which is obviously cool and is completely washing me out.
I wear my correct warm colours and I look completely different but why should I have told you I already know what undertone I am because I was paying for that, as part of the service?!

The mock up with the cool undertones made me look like a clown, which I said to you and is what happens when you use the wrong undertones.

I am taking this further to retrieve a refund, as I have not received the services I paid for because what you have provided is useless to me. So I have paid money for nothing.

You guys, if you are needing an affordable makeover refresh, do this for yourself!!! I am in awe of the results. I truly knew that this would be a game changer and I was right. I literally cannot wait to make these changes and to bring my natural glow into real life!

Great experience overall. I had a hair appointment and emailed asking to get my results before the two weeks. It was sent that same night! I’m so exited to try the recommendations. There was specific makeup color recommendations, which is great because I struggle with this, and even a “bold” hair color option! I look forward to add in this advice. They were really kind and helpful. The guide contained a lot of possibilities for your appearance. The colors really suprised me, but I'm really curious to try them. They have a good eye!

I’ve been struggling trying to figure out what would be the best hair color and style to cover my grays and was really pleased with the suggestion from the report. I’ve bought a lot of lipsticks, but always have a hard time finding the right shade. I like that the report gave a variety of makeup options that were easy to apply right away. The price a very reasonable too.

I received my info 2 weeks after purchase as promised. I was surprised to receive a different 'season' than I had with a different analysis. I'm excited to try out the specific makeup recommended products, and would love to see more of those product recommendations in the future.
